What do you dislike about BTerrell Group?

So far, I have not had any problems with BTerrell. I am really waiting to base my opinion on how support is rendered and questions we have after the implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BTerrell Group:

We went with a recommendation of signing up for continuing support from a company that is similar to ours. It saved us the costs of implementation fee we would have paid to Sage the software vendor. So that was worth it there alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
