If you are a Sage Intacct user, BTerrell is the most valuable resource I've found. A lot of the actual Sage support is on-demand/self-service, and I've found BTerrell to be able to effectively fill the gaps in terms of support and ongoing education/customization at a very reasonable price. We went with a recommendation of signing up for continuing support from a company that is similar to ours. It saved us the costs of implementation fee we would have paid to Sage the software vendor. So that was worth it there alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
