&lt;p&gt;For mid-sized companies, the bigger cost question is rarely the base per-user price alone. I’d compare which security, compliance, storage, and admin features force a tier upgrade, how easily unused licenses can be reclaimed, and how much staff time goes into managing entitlements—because licensing complexity can become both a budget and an operations problem.&lt;/p&gt;
