**Describe the project or task Express Info helped with:**

We were paired with C.A. and W. P. and could not have asked for a better or more professional team.  Though our project was very large and at times cumbersome, they were always professional, helpful, and provided spot on estimates of time/effort/expectations/etc.  Some of (if not the) best services partner I've worked with over the past 30 years.

**What do you like best about Express Info?**

It is rare, that I like all aspects of a company/partner.  There just aren't that many that seek to excel in all areas: sales, service, back-office, etc. But Express Info has truly built an excellent company and I enjoy working with any of the areas (although I deal primarily with the servicing side).

**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

In working with them for nearly 4 years now, I can truly say that there is not one area/thing that I dislike about working with Express Info.

**Recommendations to others considering Express Info:**

Yes, you need to do your due diligence when considering a business partner. But you will not go wrong partnering with Express!

**What problems is Express Info solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that we have come through a major conversion, thanks to Express Info's dedication and experience, we are working on increasing our reporting, both financially and operationally.  They have helped us implement and develop our reporting capabilities in GP, SSRS, SmartLIst, and Management Reporter.

**What do you like best about Express Info?**

The best thing about Express is they make themselves available to answer questions and resolve issues. A few times our main contact was not available but she made sure she had a back up.

**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

A few times the time it has taken to resolve an issue is too long. For example, we continue to have problems with papersave and gorilla. Instead of spending so much time with these antiquated software, I'd much prefer Express help us to identify a better software vendor.

**What problems is Express Info solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues with Papersave, implementation of Corpay, resolving GP issues. Papersave continues to be an issue and it would be nice if Express could help us find a better solution. Express has done a good job helping us to implement Corppay and they are always available to help with GP issues. We've had some issues with Gorilla that took a long time to resolve.

The technical team. They are fast and easy to work with and make you feel comfortable with helping to fix the issue

There are not any downsides  or dislikes to Express. They are great at responding to any issues and finding different solutions for the issue.

Express Info has an excellent tech and solutions team. They are great at making sure your software is working correctly.

**What problems is Express Info solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our software Great Plains is having software issues, express steps in and ensures that the issue is resolved.

**What do you like best about Express Info?**

Express Information Systems is very knowledgeable about how Sage works and is great about recommending compatible add-ons that integrate with Sage. They have been very helpful in creating custom reports for different needs.

**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

Their response time on technical issues is not always great. We have a couple of issues that prevent staff from fully doing their jobs and have had a hard time getting these resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Express Info:**

I think they are great for a basic small company.

**What problems is Express Info solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a new company and our using Sage to manage our business more effectively. We have done a lot of monitoring in Excel spreadsheets and are moving more of these processes into Sage, which gives everyone access to the same consistent information.

Very flexible. Very responsive to support issues. Good people.

**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

Often forgets to follow through on certain requests. Needs improved communication and change management.

**Recommendations to others considering Express Info:**

Great service and absolute pros on Great Plains. Their IT side has an amazing amount of knowledge. Very responsive via email however you will need to track and project manage longer term projects or requests for them.

Great Plains support. Cloud hosting / azure management.

Express knows our company complexities and can jump right in and help problem solve.  Their technical expertise is crucial to our accounting processes.

**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

Express negotiates and is the middleman for other add-on products; however, I feel I am negotiating twice - once with Expres and again with the software vendor.  And if there are issues with the software vendor, it doesn't seem to get resolved timely.

Be sure Express has the technical software training and skill set of the product you are implementing.

Express helps us customize solutions or add on additional modules or products to be more productive and efficient in our accounting processes.

Express was our Dynamics GP reseller almost 20 years ago.  Since then they have assisted us with version upgrades, year-end upgrades, as well as consulting and support.  It has been a great relationship.

**What do you like best about Express Info?**

They are always informed and responsive when we need assistance.  Having them as our partner has given us the ability to utilize Dynamics to its fullest for over 60 companies.  They are proficient at both onsite and remote support.

**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

I honestly cannot think of anything worth mentioning.

**What problems is Express Info solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ongoing support of a mature Dynamics GP installation.

They are very quick to respond.  Wendy always does her best to get an answer within that day.  If not, she’ll let me know she is still working in it.  

**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

Technical service is great.  I haven’t had a bad experience with it.

Express helped us to upgrade Great Plains from an outdated platform to the current version.

**What do you like best about Express Info?**


Their responsiveness and excellent customer service and highly experienced consultants.  Stacey Campbell and Brianna Miller provide excellent customer service and Wendy Ponseti and Kevin Ward are very experienced and thorough consultants. 


**What do you dislike about Express Info?**

Haven't found anything. They are located outside of my state, but that has not been a problem.

I have used Express for many different things related to MD Great Plains. They are all helpful, informative, responsive, concise, professional and intelligent. They have corrected things, taught us things, set up things, updated systems, been there for us through every step of the way from start up and continuing through improvement. I highly recommend their services for all aspects of their professional services.

their professionalism, their responsiveness, their ability to work through issues.

I have not found anything I dislike in the two years I have worked with them.
