They are usually very responsive to any questions we have. Our reps are very transparent when they may need to move our question to someone else and set realistic time frames for resolution. It would be helpful if we could get videos of meetings. Occassionally we have needed resfreshers on solutions. Our reps are always helpful and happy to have follow up meetings. But if we had videos that didnt expire it may save everyone some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
