I've been using BrightSign for almost 2 years. Recently, I purchased 7 series 5's because 4's are no longer available. They haven't worked since I installed them. Randomly throughout the day, they reboot over and over by themselves or will completely lockup. I have to go into BSN.Cloud to reboot them. Every morning since they've been installed, I reboot them several times a day. I've been working with BrightSign support for over a month. Absolutely worthless. What I like best is that BrightSign is completely reliable. You set it up and it runs flawlessly without ever having to reboot it and with no errors. The software it comes with is intuitive and can be configured to display images, videos, live feeds etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
