The Breakdance plugin shows potential, but its management leaves much to be desired. While they tout a “thriving community” on Facebook, they neglect to mention the heavy-handed censorship of any posts discussing the product’s shortcomings.
I recently asked about plugin incompatibilities, having encountered several issues myself. Despite keeping the discussion reasonable, my post was deleted twice, reflecting a clear unwillingness to accept constructive criticism. It’s ironic, given that the company’s CEO previously criticized Elementor for similar behavior.
On top of this, their customer support is underwhelming, with slow response times and inadequate resolutions for pressing issues. These shortcomings have led me to abandon Breakdance in favor of vendors who value feedback and are committed to improving their offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
