## ManageWP Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlines WordPress Maintenance, but Site Connections Can Be Unstable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP simplifies keeping a bunch of WordPress sites up-to-date, and gives a modular approach to other services like downtime notifications.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I don't know where the issue lies, but I've found that the connection between ManageWP and the sites is kind of unstable, and updates can hang without much indication of why.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining and updating dozens of Wordpress sites is much easier when using a service like ManageWP.

 ### 2. Vertical collapse

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca D. | E-commerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Economical and easy to use, the basic functions are quite effective

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Bad in everything else, the services work once every ten times, continuous problems and ridiculous interface

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An economical and easy-to-use software that has literally collapsed in recent times: nothing seems to work as it should, and the time spent in troubleshooting increases more and more, subtracting it from other activities. In a nutshell, it is turning into yet another problem to be solved instead of solving them themselves. better other solutions, perhaps more expensive but effective.

 ### 3. Godaddy Turns Everything They Touch Into Dog Ash

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiley M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2024

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

The thing I like most about ManageWP is that it helped me realize it is no longer a beneficial software to use in conjunction with WordPress websites. It used to be SUPER easy to migrate sites, clone sites, and have a secondary space for website backups. However, since Godaddy bought them a few years back, the clones and migrations rarely work now, and support does NOT reply in a timely manner. I've been waiting on what should be a very simple response, and I've heard nothing in 3 business days. What I like best about Managewp is they helped me realize I need to find a solution that will actually fit my needs in 2024.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I dislike that they turned all of their very usefull addons into garbage that doesn't perform. No more easy site clones, migrations, and don't think about getting a quick response with support. XCloud is very new but may be the competitor to look at, although they aren't quite there yet for me to use them as our core management software.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They used to solve our secondary backups and easy site migrations/clones, but these services no longer benefit me and have wasted many hours of mine over the past year alone.

 ### 4. Very useful for managing multiple sites!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine M. | Operations Specialist, Law Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

We have a large client base and host upwards of 50 sites on our ManageWP account, and their platform makes organizing and updating sites incredibly easy. You can see what needs to be updated and changes, and you can track your website performance.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

The only things I would like to see changed or updated in ManageWP is the layout of their prohram and their pricing structure. Their layout is just a little dated and can be confusing to navigate if you are working on multiple sites. And I understand the pricing structure they currently have, but charging $1 for each task per site can get confusing when enabling extra capabilities across multiple sites.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently host around 50 websites on our ManageWP account. Because we have so many sites, making updates and managing users can be difficult to organize. ManageWP has been a great help because we are able to see a complete list of our sites and utilize their tagging system to organize sites so they can be kept up-to-date by our developers. They have also included a Google Analytics integration that now allows our developers to see how their assigned websites are performing without having to pull reports directly from Google to send out.

 ### 5. Great Way to Manage Many Sites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

You get to manage all of your websites in one place, giving you a better idea of what sites are up or down or sites that need updates etc.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

At times the notice of a site that is disconnected is incorrect, but that has to do with how the website is considered "down".

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to manage all of our websites at once, getting a glance of the health of the website at a glance as well is amazing. This also allows us to easily upgrade settings as needed for each website without having to do much investigation work into what needs to be upgaded!

 ### 6. Transformed by wordpress administration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP lets me manage all plugins for all of my WP sites from one interface - all for absolutely free. The upsells features are not required - all I need is in the free version which is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about ManageWP.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves many problems for me.
It saves me time.
It makes me more productive allowing me to concentrate on actual site deployment and development.
It allows me to keep my sites safe without taking up any time at all.

 ### 7. Great Platform To Manange Multiple WordPress Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

It's features, from uptime to security, customized reports, customizable templates, and support are fast and friendly. Most of the features here are quite easy to use for both WordPress experts and beginners alike. Their support team is really friendly!

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

There are usually issues when deleting sites, they have to be deleted twice or thrice before it finally happens.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of Multiple Sites, uptime, daily performance checks, weekly reporting.

 ### 8. A solid product that ultimately failed to persuade me to stay

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus B. | Design and Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP is a solid, and mostly dependable product, with a large range of features. For a single user it probably represents the most comprehensive way of managing a website. I've always been impressed by the speed and knowledge of support.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I'm possibly being unfair, but when ManageWP was bought out by GoDaddy I felt a sense of dread. A good product good very possibly ruined by a not very good hosting company. I saw no evidence of this while I used it, but when I needed to pick a product to use for work and commit longer term, I was nervous to stick with ManageWP. Ultimately the design/user experience felt dated, and the cost was overly complex to juggle for client use. So when it came to committing I decided on WPUmbrella instead.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

In my own personal opinion, I think MWP makes a good tool for managing one or two sites, but wouldn't keep using it for larger numbers of clients sites.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WordPress needs regular updating and management, and this can get complex even with just one site. With multiple sites, and for managing client needs, a tool like MWP is vital. MWP makes the process much easier, saving time, and allows devs to productise care plans for their clients.

 ### 9. I use it every day and it saves me tons of hours

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara P. | WordPress Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

That I can keep all my clients' websites up to date from the same point.
I can generate reports with custom templates for each of my clients.
I can ensure the security of my clients' websites

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Sometimes the generation of reports is very slow (at the beginning of the month).
Report templates could allow more customization.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to update and control the websites of my clients from the same place. This way I don't have to go into each one to perform maintenance tasks and I make sure everything is up to date.

 ### 10. A good option for managing multiple WordPress websites

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan W. | Company Directory, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP is a good solution if you manage a number of WordPress websites. The ability to manage them from a single dashboard and update plugins and themes with a single click is great. Backups are reliable and the white-label reports and brandable plugin installed on clients' websites is a great benefit.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Having used ManageWP for many years, I feel the system lacks active development. The dashboard feels dated and the pricing model isn't as straightforward as some competitor solutions.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageWP is a solid option for people who have to manage and maintain a number of WordPress sites. Being able to have an overview of maintenance tasks in one place is a quick and easy benefit.

 ### 11. Value For Money with ease of use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Warren C. | IT Support & Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

managewp allows me to automate my WordPress sites with Ease, given that their business platform is around the value for money with a pay for what you need and offers a decent free offering as well

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

From time to time, you may need to intervene and fix a few issues, this is pretty normal with WordPress and its rolling updates, but I do wish they could offer a trial on some of the premium offerings to see if we would like to bump up or not to a package deal.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I administrate a good number of WordPress sites, with managewp I am able to automate some of the mundane work, it also allows me to have a single pane of glass view over the sites I administrate

 ### 12. Everything I would need to manage my sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leon T. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Ability to be able to install updates from the one place

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

UI could maybe do with a refresh or have a mobile app

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

This probably has the best UI in the market, very simple to use and adding website is easy. Pricing is also very good.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not remembering all logins to multiple wordpress website and keeping all the sites up to date is very easy.

 ### 13. Great Tool for Managing Multiple Wordpress Instances

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

The ability to create users across sites and keep plugins/theme/core up to date is a life saver! Things don't always go according to plan, but generally I don't have any fires to clean up after running auto updates.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

They are owned by GoDaddy. I don't love GoDaddy as a company, but they seem to have kept ManageWP in good shape.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating dozens of Wordpress websites across multiple hosting platforms.

 ### 14. Comprehensive website ally

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craige H. | Mindset & Accountability Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

It has a really simple interface and easy to get started. They also allow you to import several sites and manage them from one spot instead of logging in all the time.

The ability to be alerted when something is off on any of my sites e.g.security risk

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

though convenient it would be better to prepay for features like uptime monitoring..other platforms like Uptime robot do it for free which would make a credit system make more sense

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website maintenance times. It's cumbersome logging into my website when I can now do it from my app. It makes the process faster since one can easily forget to login to several sites.

 ### 15. Outdated product with terrible support

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP still makes it easier to manage multiple sites, so it's better to have it than not have it.
But the support is rubbish.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

No improvements or updates or new features in years.
Terrible support, don't know how to solve problems.
If a ticket is referred to developers, you never get a reply.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT makes it easier to manage multiple sites, as long as everything actually works.
If something breaks or stops working, your pretty screwed.

 ### 16. A Dashboard That Saves Time and Effortlessly Allows You More Control With an Easy Setup Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac G. | VP of Marketing and Developments, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

I like the ability to update all Word Press plugins websites from one dashboard. The ability to clear the cache from the same dashboard. When using Manage WP, you can get additional features that save a lot of time and effort, having to go back and forth to sites updating and checking for updates, comments to approve or delete, set backups automatically, and so many positive features.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I have no complaints about Managed WP, and I found it easy to start my day and check up on all sites at once.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

If you are a WP Developer or Website Manager, this would be a great fit as Manage WP has many attractive features to help you save time and give you an overview of many aspects of all sites you are managing. Easy to use Features and management of multiple WordPress sites in one dashboard will save you time for more productivity.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managed WP has enabled me to save time and dedicate that time to other projects and consolidate efforts to update plugins as well as site caching for optimization. Managed WP has made it clear to have all client sites overviewed of all areas and their performance and any updates needed.

 ### 17. Wordpress site management made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nigel R. | Paid Media Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

It makes it easy to stay on top of managing multiple Wordpress websites all under one Dashboard, for free.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

there's not much to dislike about ManageWP, especially on the free version.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

ManageWP is a great, time saving option especially for one-man teams, and people having to wear multiple hats at once and those managing multiple Wordpress installations. It helps you stay on top of everything critical to your site's health on one simple and easy to understand dashboard.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ManageWP to manage all my Wordpress websites for my freelance service. Using it mostly to stay on top of updating plugins and themes, the UpTime Monitor and in some occasions for backup management and storage.

 ### 18. The best tool for managing a high number of WordPress sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petar C. | Economist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

You have a complete overview of all the sites in one place. You can see which themes and plugins need updating and you can do that update with one click. You also have the option of an alarm via email or SMS in case the site is down. The app also notifies you if the plugin version is vulnerable

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Very slow loading of reviews, but it probably has to be that way because the application logs to each site individually to collect information.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When the VP File Manager plugin was vulnerable, we managed to update it to 30 sites simultaneously with one click and prevented the virus from invading, which attacked over 100,000 sites worldwide.

 ### 19. One Stop Solution for wordpress Website

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sapan A. | Head of WordPress, Page Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

It is the first kind of tool that helps to maintain all WordPress website in one place. With the help of Manage Wp, we can manage our client website, securely and fastly. It is really helpful because if we have more clients we can't take care of all client passwords, names, plugin lists, and updates. We can manage my website seamlessly. It is easy to use with so many options that are really helpful for website agencies company. We can send the white-label report to the clients, we can take backup of our data, with multiple backup options like daily, weekly and monthly.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I think everything is best in this tool, but sometimes I feel upset about reconnecting the website due to a password changed by the client. Otherwise, it is a wonderful tool for everyone.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

If you are running an agency you need one tool that manages your websites, this will definitely help you also save your time.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is really helpful for the website agencies, just like if you have more than 100 clients and every website has a different password, plugins list, and website theme, so we can't manage these things easily. But with the help of Manage WP, we can manage these things easily. Suppose you wanna update the plugins if you have one website, you can easily update but if you have more than 100 websites, not an easy task but with the help of Manage WP we can do it with a single Click. It free ADDS-On are really superb that help to back up the client data, security check and we can send a report to the client easily. Reporting feature I love this tool because every month it automatically sends the report to the client. We can white-label the report. It is a superb tool.

 ### 20. Great way the manage all your WordPress sites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

I'm a website designer and have several WordPress sites that I manage. It's great to log into one place to see all the websites and make edits when needed. I also love how you can set up backups and automatic updates.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Right now, I'm using the free version. The paid version has a lot more options. One thing I don't like about the free version is that while you can set up automatic backups, you have to pay to download the backup if you need it.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ManageWP I would have to log into each website to make edits. I would have to look up each site's login information. Now I have all my sites set up in ManageWP, so I only have to log into one place and click on the website I want to edit. So much easier and faster now.

 ### 21. Great Tool for Wordpress based sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

There are so many affordable options that are available to people. The detail provided in a report and the various automation features help make them run smoothly! The fact that you can update themes and multiple plugins is also an excellent tool. It has become a one-stop-shop for us.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

When multiple items are being updated at once, it tends to take too long, or I have often found myself refreshing the browser or starting over completely. This seems like a bug that could be fixed over time.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing updates in one place. This has been so fantastic for me to ensure that we can maintain the safety and security with the confidence of our clients. Would highly recommend this to any word press web developer.

 ### 22. "Multiple WordPress sites can be managed from one location"

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mst Rahima K. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Something I found amusing, but I'm so grateful for ManageWP - it's fantastic! Overseeing updates, performance, security, backup, and maintenance for over a dozen websites is an easy task with ManageWP. And its dashboard is an outstanding tool for seeing and managing all of the WordPress sites. We can do all of our upgrades, as well as install plugins and themes, from one location using ManageWP. I enjoy that I can add premium features to my clients and business websites as needed, as well as manage personal blogs. The free features make it difficult for any other WordPress dashboard solution to race. It even supports WordPress Multisite, which means we can host many sites in the same place without losing any of our content.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I'd like to see more features included in the free plan, such as site uptime notifications. When attempting to connect to specific WordPress sites without utilizing the ManageWP connection plugin, there are occasionally complications. Another feature of ManageWP that I dislike is the payment process.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

I'd recommend it since it's faster and easier to set up, has better support, and has more rapid support response times. One thing to remember is to keep web pages updated and managed. It is true that if you handle more than three sites, this is a must-do. Above all, the time you'll save will be priceless.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important feature is ManageWP, which allows me to perform less work and take on more clients. Then there's the matter of keeping track of a lot of usernames and passwords, logging into each one to make changes, and so on. I can run security checks and backups without ever having to go to the site dashboard, and I can keep track of everything in the notes section. This alone justifies its use, albeit handling plugin updates can be time-consuming. To manage all of our WordPress sites, we can use the ManageWP dashboard to update plugins for each one individually or in bulk.

 ### 23. Manage your plugin and theme updates from one location for all your websites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

It is easy to view the overall status of multiple websites and make updates with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Connections can be buggy at times, but if you retry again later, it will usually work. I have had to reinstall the plugin before to get it working again.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing plugin and theme updates and running security checks is easy and can be done in bulk (to some extent) and all from one dashboard. You can also pay for extra backups and uptime monitoring if you don't have that set somewhere else. Running from one location and not having to login to each site can save quite a bit of time and effort for your business.

 ### 24. Updating multiple WP accounts is a cinch!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared W. | Salesforce Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Being an admin to multiple pages, ManageWP allows me to see what is going on with all of them at once. The breakdown of what needs to be admin'd is super easy to walk through.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I'd love to see a package of all the add-ons per domain. While you can buy each add-on separately OR all add-ons for many sites, it would be nice to purchase all add-ons for a single site.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

Start with the free version and analyze your needs from there.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageWP has allowed me to save quite a bit of time by not logging into each site separately to update.

 ### 25. The best way to manage your WP Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

- Feature-rich
- Easy management of websites
- Good reporting features
- Unique and attractive pricing structure
- Amazing UI and UX
- "Safe Update" feature
- Back-up feature
- Additional add-ons so you can choose what's right for you!

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Not sure if there's really anything that I don't like. I have no complaints. I'm sure there are some small things from time to time, but I can't think of any at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

You can try it for free, so what have you got to lose? And I mean not just "try for free", chances are you'll never have to pay a dime depending on your needs!

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy way to manage all my agency websites. I save a lot of time and money because of how easy this is with ManageWP.

 ### 26. Excellent dashboard for multiple site management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

I get to see the update status for core and plugins for all the sites that I manage. I'm also able to see which environments need updates for such things as PHP.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

There's very little to dislike, to be quite frank. Some sites that require SSO or restricted file system access won't allow you to update plugins through the ManageWP interface, but that's not the plugin's fault.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you manage multiple sites—about a hundred—and have to keep them updated, this tool helps save a significant amount of time.

 ### 27. Very good platform for managing WordPress sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petar C. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Overview of sites, themes, and plugins. Also, you can update themes, plugins, and WordPress in bulk.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

It's too slow. You need to wait several minutes to load everything included in the overview.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When the WP File Manager plugin was a vulnerability, we managed to update it on 60 sites with one click.

 ### 28. Manage all of your wordpress sites with ease!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

I love the ability to set it and forget it! Once you implement a site there you can set up all of the backups, monitoring, and reporting to auto-polite. Love it!

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Sometimes it seems the plugins don't update properly. A simple review of the actual site helps confirm if it needs to be done again.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing over 100+ WordPress sites was a drag before ManageWP. Now they are all in one place and set up auto-pilot. The daunting task of updates and security checks has become a thing of the past since Manage WP!

 ### 29. Manage your Word Press site easily with "ManageWP"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dulanjali S. | Associate Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2021

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Ease of use.
Beautiful Materialized UI.

 ### 37. ManageWP is a wonderful tool to manage different WordPress websites simultaneously

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

What I like the most about ManageWP is its ease of implementation, as it is only necessary to enter the WordPress admin credentials to connect the website to the application. It has a tool to create backups on a monthly basis, which is very convenient in case the website is down. I also like that it has a feature that reports issues affecting website speed.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I don't like the fact that all ManageWP premium tools are billed separately. I think they should implement a monthly plan where all the tools are included in one package.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

ManageWP is a very useful tool for webmasters who need to manage different websites at the same time. I recommend it.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ManageWP on a daily basis to verify the correct functioning of the websites that I administer, since I can update the plugins directly from this platform, as well as create backup copies of them.

 ### 38. Manage all your WordPress sites in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noh B. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

No more wasting time going into every site to update plugins or do backups....By using ManageWP you can do all your updates + install plugins and themes + so much more .....all from one place. And did i mention you can select all plugins from all your sites and simply click update? It is amaazing!

Something else that I found very amusing but was so grateful about ManageWP....they actually give away the most useful features of the app for free. You do not even have to buy any of the add-ons and you can still manage a loooot of websites.

And the add ons are like $1 or $2 a piece per website......that's sooo affordable

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

The only thing I dislike about Manage WP is that they do not allow you to pay using PayPal. I kinda understand why they did that cause they do need to charge your credit card on a monthly bases. But wish they allowed buying bundles or prepaid credits via PayPal.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solely use it to update all my plugins and themes of various websites regularly as well as make monthly backup of the site.

 ### 39. Add incredible value to your web development services

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Self Employed, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2018

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Manage WP makes my life so easy when it comes to backing up and transferring websites.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

The platform will go down occasionally for maintenance without notice. This is getting better though.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

It's free, you should be using it to provide more value to your Wordpress clients.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily make backups of my websites and restore them in one click if need be. No more pulling out your hair when one of your sites goes down!

 ### 40. Saves hours!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2019

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

The ability to manage and login to every single one of my clients WordPress websites from one convenient dashboard is honestly an absolute godsend!

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Customer support can sometimes be a bit slow (in this day and age of instant support) - but they are very good.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

If you have a lot of WordPress sites to manage, this tool is essential!

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously it was very difficult to keep track of multiple WordPress sites - this tool has made it a breeze and saves me countless hours every month, enabling me to take on more clients and do less work!

 ### 41. The Must-use WordPress Dashboard

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam C. | Data Analyst, Museums and Institutions, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2019

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

The free features make this hard to beat by any other WordPress dashboard service. I love that at a glance, I can see all of my WordPress sites and manage them in one location, pushing plugin, theme, and core updates to each site individually or all sites automatically, at the same time. It even works with WordPress Multisite. While I don't pay for the premium per-site features--I don't need them, they're all cheaply priced. The Uptime Monitor is only $1 per month, per site. Worth every penny.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

My only dislike is that you can't change the URL for a website after you've added it. You'd need to delete it and start over. A minor annoyance.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

If you have more than one or two WordPress sites that you're managing, use ManageWP and take advantage of the premium options, especially the Backups and Safe Update feature for your plugins. Many plugins will update fine, but there are many plugins that might crash your entire site if an update doesn't work with your theme (I've seen this multiple times). You need a way to restore previous plugin versions, and ManageWP offer this.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to centrally manage all our public WordPress sites, honestly just so we don't forget how many we have and which ones need updates. The ManageWP dashboard saves me hours each month, allowing me to update plugins for each site individually or in batches automatically. That alone is worth using this. Managing plugin updates can be really time consuming.

 ### 42. Manage your WP site with ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2019

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

That fact that I can administrate all our websites from the same dashboard with ease.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

The fact additional features are paid individually and per site, would have preferred a monthly subscription that would have covered various sites

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

A great way to manage your wordpress sites from one dashboard, definitely recommend and you can start for free too.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To manage and monitor websites more efficiently

 ### 43. Great Option For Managing Multiple WordPress Sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damon M. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2018

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Allows easy access to dashboards, plugin updates and backups for many sites.
The automatic backups work well and provide easy restores and downloading of specific files or parts of the database.
The site clone feature works very well.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Interface can be a little slow sometimes.
Loading sites can take time.
No options to change length of time backups are kept for.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

Give it a shot. They offer easy plans to get started so it's worth a try to see if it helps you.
The features are great and the ability to only pay for the features you need for a specific site really helps control costs.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Agency managing over 75 WordPress Sites having easy access to all our sites and keeping them all backed up and up to date can be tough. Having everything in one place makes it much simpler.
Whenever we setup a new site adding it to ManageWP is one of the first steps we take.

 ### 44. Manage WP is vital to my business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2018

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

My favorite part about Manage WP is being able to see all the websites I manage at a glance, and see which ones need to be updated and if there are any problems. The paid features are also great, and I like that you can choose which sites you upgrade.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I don't like that the Safe Update feature takes so long. I really feel that it could be quicker but this isn't a deal breaker for me. If I used safe update for all plugins and sites, I'd be updating 24/7. I just choose to use Safe Update on major updates like themes and Woocommerce and other heavy plugins.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

I recommend trying it, it's free and very easy to set up! You can't lose when you try the software. I started with 2 clients and updated their sites with Manage WP once and decided I couldn't live without it.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving a lot of problems, like keeping up with individual usernames and passwords for all clients, logging into each one individually to do updates, etc. I keep important information in the notes section, and I can run security scans and backups all without actually going into the site dashboard. It saves SO MUCH TIME.

 ### 45. Helps me keep on top of things

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2018

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

I like the ability to make routine updates and checks all from one place

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

It would be better if the system tracked updates done directly through wordpress as well as those done through the platform

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to feel confident that all my client sites are being routinely monitored and updated on a weekly basis. I can handle everything in about 30 minutes, saving a ton of time compared to doing things one at a time.

 ### 46. Best Wordpress Sites Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis E. | Consultor de Marketing Digital y Comercio Electrónico, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

It's the easiest way to update or give maintenance to wordpress websites from a single dashboard. Just with few click you can update all your websites. Also with safe update you can rollback a corrupt or wrong update/upgrade without issues. This i a great time saver tool.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

It has some great free features, but maybe add some others to give the users more flexibility. Also there are some tools that could be great to have them free with others providers not just GoDaddy. Timeout sometimes is about the plugins, so maybe they can improve that.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

Faster and easier to implement, better support and response times from support.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wordpress maintenance is easier and faster than before. Also the customers reports are really great. They are easy to understand and it's really great to have this job done with few clicks. Also the Security Reports helps you keep your websites monitored without investing on a third party tool.
The performance Reports also cover some tools like pagespeed and pingdom tools just in one report and run the performance report per site just needs one click. And If you pay for the automatic reports it's really: setup once and forget.

 ### 47. Prefer the old version.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stef B. | Sole Proprietor, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2017

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

I was a fan of the original ManageWP. It was simple and had great tools for very little or no cost. The new incarnation known as Orion is confusing, and seems like a lot of GUI that is not required. I spend a great deal of time looking for the information I need. I was excited during the beta but it just seems to have fallen flat. There are still useful tools but with every click there is a pay wall. I would just prefer a simple pricing scale that I can choose and know what I am getting.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

The look and feel is overdone and tiresome to use. I would prefer a more minimal workflow.
The main dashboard is ok as it is similar to the old version but the rest is just too much to dig though and keep getting pay wall blocks.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

I would recommend trying it as they do have some nice tools but I do not feel the interface is a friendly one and the paywalls get annoying.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining multiple sites and multi sites

 ### 48. Makes more sense if you're a developer

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2017

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

The best feature about Manage WP is the ability to save all logins from one platform. Also it's an easy way to integrate other tools such as analytics and see the changing stats every day without logging into each tool separately.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

What I dislike most about this product is the difficulty of finding where things are. If there is an update or recommended thing, it's hard for someone who isn't a developer to know where to look or what to click on.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly got this product to monitor uptime and have one area we could see all plugin updates from Wordpress.

 ### 49. Best multi-site management for WordPress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2018

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Slick interface and reliable cross-site management of WordPress installations.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

As yet there is nothing I dislike about ManageWP, despite keeping a close eye on things since their purchase by GoDaddy

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple WordPress installations.

 ### 50. Brilliant software for managing multiple sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2018

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

I like the fact all my site information is on one place and I can see what needs doing.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Sometimes it takes its time to refresh and can lose connection with some sites and I have to reconnect

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

Definitely do this if you are managing more than 3 sites. The time you will save is brilliant.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time updating client sites and my own.
