The UI is very easy to use, didn't really need to consult any help articles to get going. Love the combination of organic interactions on Linkedin and Twitter combined with organic lead generation and automation as well. Breakcold solves the problem of scattered B2B engagement by bringing together LinkedIn, Twitter, and email into one platform. This has greatly simplified our lead management process and made it easier for us to engage with prospects across multiple channels. I'd like to see replies from linkedin and emails sent in breakcold. I now have to check on linkedin and my email inbox to see if they engage with my message or email. I know they are working on that which is cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Breakcold is awesome for building different prospecting feeds for people already connected with, planning to connect with, and keeping track of their updates/engaging with them. I don't think any other software does this, as far as I am aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the Breakcold team is very responsive and keeps updating the product, one feature that could be improved is the frequency of the updates pulled in the prospecting feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Breakcold is the only "social selling" tool I've seen so far that spans both the social engagement function and the need to organize *who* I'm prioritizing for engagement. The standout for me is the Zapier/API integration, since it means that I can use other tools in my stack for what they do best and automatically set up my organized, one-stop shop for LinkedIn engagement and follow up without manually adding every new profile I want to track. The product still feels early as of September 2023, but that's to be expected, and it's moving in the right direction. I'll admit that I'm still using a separate CRM for day-to-day business management; that's not where the most value lies in this tool. However, the added structure + integration capabilities do support finer control over prospecting feeds than I might get in other tools, so I'm excited to see where the team takes this progress in the future. Breakcold makes it extremely fast to check the feed activity of potential leads on LinkedIn and Twitter. With Breakcold, any strategy related to targeted outreach becomes much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things that are problematic for us:

1) The feed on Twitter shows the most recent tweets starting from 3 months ago. We checked and there were tweets done the day before. Support said they will fix it as it is due to recent Twitter changes

2) Currently only two platforms are available, Twitter and LinkedIn. With more social integrations, the platform could become much more powerful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brekcold makes it easy to nurture good relationships with potential clients & customers on LinkedIn, Twitter and email. As an agency, Breakcold is our primary CRM (and we recommend it to about 70% of our clients too). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to connect Breakcold to Instagram too, to be able to build relationships there too (completely different audience). This feature alone would make Breakcold useful for over 90% of our clients (instead of the current 70%). If Breakcold could extend its CRM funcionalities and integrate into forms on a website (without losing its "LinkedIn first" approach), then 100% of our clients would use Breakcold, and we wouldn't need to implement a secondary CRM system either.
