What do you like best about Breakcold?

What I didn't like about other tools was it was that they were just CRM collection and even if e-mail was integrated it was clunky and not very helpful, yes some had flows that allowed you to follow up. But the conditions were limited and it all felt so one dimensional. Breakcold helps me out a ton by being able to message on LinkedIn, Twitter AND e-mail all from one platform and the customizations with lists, tags, funnel tracking, and campaigns make it so much more comprehensive while still not being overcomplicated like other platforms.

Really happy with the product over all and the support is awesome, big plus for me. That and the consideration for user feedback is great, feels like your building the product with them, and it's all coming together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

What do you like best about Breakcold?

What isn't there to like about BreakCold! In its infancy, it's still better than 99% of the other LinkedIn "CRM" tools out there! Anytime I am prospect or social selling, I would have to have 3 or 4 tools simultaneously running to make magic happen, whereas with BC, I only need to get the emails, and off I go. What do you like best about Breakcold?

Half the software is relatively standard sales CRM features. It has email, has pipelines, etc. But then it has a few things that most dont have, and then a few things that I dont think anyone has.

On the email side your typical sales CRM does not have sender rotation. This is huge to be able to send decent email volume without burning your domain and emails. A few tools have this but it is rare, and I havent seen it in another CRM.

But what really sets Breakcold apart is that you can engage with your prospective clients on Twitter and LinkedIn from within the App. So you can make a list of people you want to watch and engage with and just see it in the feed and engage with it, all without leaving the CRM. What do you dislike about Breakcold?

If there is a drawback it would be that for the LinkedIn connection you need to use an extension to sync up, and sometimes LinkedIn changes things and makes it a pain. But I use several tools extensively-probably 7-8 tools-for LinkedIn and that is just the way it works with all of them. I've been absolutely amazed by Breakcold's integrated Prospecting Feed. Before, I'd juggle numerous tabs and platforms just to interact with prospects. Now, I can view LinkedIn posts from both individual prospects and their companies, and actively engage with them, all in one place. The only minor hiccup I've encountered is the limit on LinkedIn sync. However, I understand this is to ensure interactions aren't overly aggressive, thereby safeguarding users from potential LinkedIn restrictions. What do you like best about Breakcold?

It really saved me a lot of headaches as I am quite active on LinkedIn and Social Selling is the future but most CRMs are built around emails and phone numbers but not around social selling. Quickly adding the leads from LinkedIn, then engaging with them in the breakcold feed is a breeze. While there's a long list of Breakcold's features that I appreciate, a few areas could use some enhancements for an even better experience.

One aspect that could be improved is customization. It would be beneficial for businesses to customize the interface according to their needs and preferences, making it more flexible.

It is really easy to use and does a good job of giving you visibility into contacts and connections. I have used more complex tools but this one really does most of what I need and gives you a quick clear view of what is going on. I wish it had ways to segment out the leads to company team members. Right now everyone can see everyone's leads. Not a big deal for me where I am but as we grow, I want the ability to keep leads attached to one employee and the details hidden from other employees.
