The only thing I wanted was a unified inbox so I could see incoming messages from different sources in one place - but Arnaud and the team are ahead of me and I believe that feature is coming in the next few weeks. **What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?** The feed makes is easy to like and comment on prospects' LinkedIn content. You can track prospects through the pipeline and easily change their status. Everything also integrates perfectly with LinkedIn so you can be browsing a profile on LinkedIn and import the prospect into the perfect point in your pipeline in one click. Although cold email isn't the main focus of Breakcold, it has a very solid cold email system - actually better than some of the cold email specific softwares I've used. ### 2. As a Head of arketing, I was aiming at testing 2 workflows sumultaniously (kind of an A/B test): social selling and cold emailing. Breakcold turmed out to be the only solution I managed to find that does both. I liked it a lot: the usability, the features, customer support is beyond any expectations. The best thing is that the team has created so many tutorials that even if you're a complete noob in social selling you'll know what to do. **What do you dislike about Breakcold?** Our sales team was a bit confused with the UX — but that's explainable:) they are mostly technical people much more used to the language of code and hardware. This feature alone would make Breakcold useful for over 90% of our clients (instead of the current 70%). If Breakcold could extend its CRM funcionalities and integrate into forms on a website (without losing its "LinkedIn first" approach), then 100% of our clients would use Breakcold, and we wouldn't need to implement a secondary CRM system either. **What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?** Breakcold has made it easy for us to find & engage with the right people on social media.
