What do you like best about BrandShield?

The dashboard provides a clear, easy-to-read summary of all the information included in my subscription. The SOC support team is very helpful whenever I have questions about my hunting or takedown requests. What do you dislike about BrandShield?

It would be very helpful if BrandShield, in addition to hunting for infringement, also provided services to identify and take down deliberate abuse of our brand under the pretext of freedom of expression. Sometimes, paid influencers working for competitors intentionally try to attack the brand on social media, and it becomes very challenging to get such comments removed. What do you like best about BrandShield?

I like the takedown services offered by BrandShield. The accuracy and success rate of these services are probably one of the best in the industry. It's commendable how they follow up with different bodies like legislators or domain registrars until the offending website or domain goes down. The onboarding process has always been fairly easy because BrandShield offers a dedicated account manager. What do you dislike about BrandShield?

One area I've always looked for improvement in BrandShield is visibility on the dark web space. They have recently added this feature, which is something we and many customers wanted. "Reliable Brand Protection with a Need for SMS Scam Alert Enhancement"
What do you like best about BrandShield?

I find BrandShield incredibly intuitive and easy to use. By informing the platform of what is or isn't relevant to us, it learns quickly and better identifies risks. The support team is also very communicative and quick to action any investigations if we find any risks before BrandShield does, which is rare. Setting up BrandShield was very easy thanks to a helpful support rep who took care of much of the heavy lifting, and the onboarding was handled well, providing all the knowledge needed to use the platform effectively. What do you dislike about BrandShield?

Very little can be improved. Of course, it is unable to catch everything, but that isn't an issue. One thing would be that it could be better at finding SMS-based phishing scams. Many bad actors like to imitate us through SMS-based phishing scams and we are often alerted to this by customers/employees rather than BrandShield. What do you like best about BrandShield?

I find BrandShield's AI scanning capabilities incredibly valuable. Its ability to effectively monitor and detect content on social media, advertisements, and websites that misuse our registered trademarks and logos is impressive. This feature helps protect our brand by finding images and content that infringe upon our intellectual property, preventing the proliferation of fake advertisements and fraudulent websites pretending to be our business. Additionally, the onboarding process with BrandShield is straightforward, supported by regular weekly meetings that help us review findings and make informed decisions on whether content is infringing or not, thereby guiding future enforcement actions. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with BrandShield, so much so that I would recommend it wholeheartedly, as evidenced by my rating of 10 on the recommendation scale. BrandShield requires confirmation before taking action if there might be an existing relationship with the site in question, which can delay the response. What do you like best about BrandShield?

BrandShield has completely transformed how we manage brand protection. What started as a need to offload the time-consuming process of handling trademark violations and scam sites became a fully proactive defense system. Initially, we hoped it would save us the value of our time—but it’s delivered far more. Within a few months, BrandShield went from needing oversight to operating independently and effectively, flagging and neutralizing threats before they become real problems. What do you dislike about BrandShield?

While BrandShield is incredibly effective, the onboarding period required some hand-holding and weekly syncs to get things just right. The dashboard, while comprehensive, isn’t always intuitive at first for non-technical users. Also, occasional false positives still require human review—but this has improved as the system has “learned” our brand over time.Small trade-off for the confidence we’ve gained. What do you like best about BrandShield?

I appreciate BrandShield for its cost-effective and efficient approach to monitoring and enforcing our Trademarks. It's significantly faster and more affordable than the traditional manual process involving attorneys. The software helps us proactively tackle infringements by removing the laborious 'manual whack-a-mole' of dealing with bad actors, allowing us to take them down almost as quickly as they reappear. The peace of mind that comes with these efficiencies is invaluable. I particularly value the dedication and support from our dedicated Hunter, Ivan, who actively helps us maintain threat AI training and ensures no infringer escapes consequences. My admiration extends to the SOC team for their outstanding support. I love the Hunt feature, which empowers us to know when to deploy specific strategies like Managed Takedowns. Overall, BrandShield represents great value compared to other options we considered, offering everything we need at a reasonable price. I found the initial setup straightforward, with the main challenge being the collection of all Trademarks and Images. Despite some minor hurdles, I find BrandShield to be an indispensable tool, evidenced by my likelihood of recommending it—a solid 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. I found BrandShield lacking in its ability to generate automated reports. As it stands, I need to perform manual report generation, which could be streamlined with an automated feature. Additionally, there was an instance where a brand infringer used special characters from other languages to mimic our brand visually.
