What do you like best about Brandboom?

It is super easy as a brand to upload products. We have gotten a lot of orders too with the marketplace that we wouldn't have received. Also customer service is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandboom?

The UI is a little glitchy and needs updates. Also, when you import products, even when you select don't import out of stock ones, it still does. Or it reimports old products you previously archived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandboom?

IT Helps organize the product very efficiently in an organize manner by category , by price point , style, color its very detail in forms of catalogs and presentation to our customers . they have options like if you want to give a top or bottom price points . and it lets you also organize how you want your catalog to look . What do you dislike about Brandboom?

what i dont really like about brandboom is that only one person can access the acct.like example my colleague logs in too but the other person get disconnected nothing save . or i also tried sharing a link to a customer but they cant seem to receive the link or be able to open it with out making a account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandboom solving and how is that benefiting you?

because in my company if we do our own linesheets , it literary takes us almost half day just to do one catalog for one customer, as opposed to brandboom everything is uploaded and we quickly pick the styles and makes the catalogs alot faster , were able to accomplish more catalogs done this way then our own on exel and struggling to make the picture fit and be the same size. and add all these details like prices and quantities to the linesheet and brandboom already has those options available for you , easy ways to get things done faster. we reach out more customers than we do and reach more sales as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandboom?

We have been using BB for over a year now and have had a seamless experience. It is easy to see orders taken during a show especially with multiple sales reps. The reports are a big help to compile orders and see performance.

Love the easy of use and excellent customer service. Whenever, we have an issue the same is usually resolved in 24 hours and the team is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

quite frequently we face issues with inventory features . they also changed the keyboard shortcuts now when i press tab in the skus page i dont jump between inventory add+/- lines instead jumps to somewhere else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
