**What do you like best about Boundless?**

1. I like that it’s transparent with costs, no hidden surprises.

**What do you like best about Boundless?**

Boundless has been, without question, the best Employer of Record provider I’ve worked with, and I’ve worked with several. As the Head of Global HR Operations, I first engaged them to manage a transfer of 200+ employees from another EOR. The process was incredibly smooth, expertly managed, and completely seamless from start to finish.

What sets Boundless apart is their ability to quickly understand your business and tailor their support accordingly. They don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach, they genuinely partner with you. We also used their services to expand into new markets where we had no prior presence. Their upfront guidance, local insights, and operational transparency gave us full confidence and allowed us to move faster than expected, with no surprises.

The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity they bring to the table is exceptional. It’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing, and it makes all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

**What do you dislike about Boundless?**

In the two years I’ve worked with Boundless, neither I, my HR team, nor any of the employees we’ve onboarded through them have encountered a single issue. Every interaction has been smooth, reliable, and well-supported. Their consistency and attention to detail have made them one of the most dependable partners we’ve worked with.

**What problems is Boundless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boundless is solving the complexity of employing people compliantly across multiple countries without needing to set up local entities. For us, this has meant being able to move quickly into new markets and onboard talent without delays or legal uncertainty. It also removed the administrative burden from my internal HR team, giving us more time to focus on strategic work while having full confidence that employment contracts, payroll, and compliance are handled to a high standard. Their local expertise and proactive guidance have been a huge advantage, especially when navigating unfamiliar employment landscapes.

Efficient, fast, insightful, oriented towards excellence! All processes undergone with them so far have been super easy to follow and to our utmost satisfaction.

I wish they open coverage for further countries on their scope soon. Their scope is already quite bit, I would choose them as a partner everytime we enter a new market.

Boundless is helping us with maintaing compliance where we currently do not yet have entities or HR knowledge to offer our employees.

Boundless provided me with compliant EOR in The Netherlands and Germany.
They provided all contract and kept everything compliant.
They answered all HR-related questions. 
They are so nice and I loved being their client.

their processes are simple and clear. All interactions are good, but maybe slow.

3 weeks passed between a starting to work with them and actual working contract signing (1-3 till 24 Feb 2025)
All processes are clear, but not really speedy.

I can do nothing with my taxes and any problems regarding the payments!

On the timing side, we completely understand that the contract signing process felt slower than expected. At Boundless, we take a more thorough and collaborative approach to employment contracts than many providers offer, through tripartite agreements, which involve input and approval from the employer, the employee and us. We believe this approach plays an important role in creating transparency and alignment between all parties involved and ensures everyone is confident in the terms before moving forward.

While this approach sometimes means that things don't always move as fast as we'd like, it ensures that the contract reflects a shared understanding and is genuinely fair and balanced for everyone.

**What do you like best about Boundless?**

Boundless is the highest quality provider of the EoR service, we came across. 

We used to be with the other provider and checked others as well. The Boundless team is the most knowledgeable and one of the few, if not the only one, compliant with their EoR service.

From the founder (Dee) to every other team member, we always got high-quality answers and also received suggestions on how to have a proper setup.

The onboarding process is high quality and on an ongoing basis, it's an easy service to use.

**What do you dislike about Boundless?**

The onboarding process involved multiple calls with the sales team and the onboarding team, however, on the flip side we got a white-glove approach where we could consult with them on the right setup.

**What problems is Boundless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employing team members in different countries, where we don't have a legal entity.

**What do you like best about Boundless?**

We used Boundless at my company to expand employment into France. We had a bit of a bake-off between a few different EORs but ultimately we decidided to go with Boundless for a few different reasons. Most importantly, Boundless takes legal and compliance very seriously which stood out to us. We're a regulated business so making sure that everything was above board was very important. Additionally, Boundless was really competitive on price. Finally, the team at Boundless are top notch and really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Boundless?**

I don't have any major complaints about Boundless. It would be cool if they supported the US though as that would aleviate the need for a separate

Boundless aims to provide international employment services such as EOR and international payroll.

They were very quick to respond to our enquiry, understand our needs, and implement the solution with a tight deadline to first payroll. The platform is very easy to use and gave us the perfect solution. Everyone we worked with along the way was friendly and helpful.

Couldn't really fault the service or platform.

We needed to process Irish payroll from a UK registered company - Boundless gave us the perfect solution at a reasonable cost. The best thing was no heavy setup fee which a lot of competitors were charging.

We've enjoyed working with Boundless because the team understand the employment landscape of the countries they represent better than their competitors, who were typically just salespeople. The customer support is very good.

It's minor, but the salary information for the employees could be clearer on the platform.

Boundless processes our payroll in 2 countries. It saves us having to do this ourselves, including registering in each country.

I have only had the innitial intro call to discuss using Boundless to allow our business to scale. I spoke with Anthony who was honest, personable and went over and above to offer suggestions that were above his obligation and didnt mean further gain for Boundless. This non sales focus approach to a customer relationship is what builds trust and long term partnership.

When the employee asked for a "Letter of Employment" for his visa and was given only one day to prepare. Boundless was able to provide it in time and even made several changes. I really appreciate that efficiency.

It provides a wide range of features that helpsto fulfill various needs ex:- from data visualization to extensive analytical tools it ensurs users have all the resources they need in one place

While Boundless does integrate with various other tools some users may encounter difficulties or require additional support to set up neetly.

It allows to easily generate customizable reports  saving time and effort while ensuring that reports meet the accuracy and requirement. This flexibility saves time and users dont have to use 3rd party reporting tools

I can get a better exchange rate without a commission elsewhere. Boundless uses Wise, which has high fees. I'd prefer to send money directly in the payroll currency.

Best experience till date. Easy to use for new beginners which help to understand well

Sometimes due to lack of internet system laggs

It is helping to give salary to employees on time which helps us a lot

**What do you like best about Boundless?**

CS is fantastic - always on the ball with any requests/emails. Pricing is very competitive compared to Deel, Omnipresent etc.

**What do you dislike about Boundless?**

Limited on countries. Adding Spain, Moldova and other countries would help.

Hiring remotely throughout Europe

**What do you like best about Boundless?**

We looked at several potential vendors for our Employment of Record needs. Boundless was the easiest to get an idea about pricing, their support is very responsive and onboard new employees and new countries is quick and easy. We've been using them for about six months now in two countries, and look forward to roll them out to future countries

**What do you dislike about Boundless?**

The only downside we have right now is that they don't support two countries where we have freelancers we'd like to onboard. So we're looking forward to when these countries (Italy and Philippines) get added!

**What problems is Boundless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring employees in countries where we don't have a legal entity.

Graet account team, and an easy to use platform for processing hires.

Some types of employment can be hard to cpature correctly in the system.

We do not have an entity in Ireland, but someone we wanted to retain moved there, and Boundless gave us a solution to that issue!

I use Boundless to access international talent in countries I don't have an entity. This has allowed me to hire full time employees and grow my business.
