What do you like best about bluQube?

These are the best things for my organisation about BluQube.

Simple, effective invoice processing — The OCR functionality makes handling purchase invoices fast and reliable. Alongside customisable approval workflows, it cuts down manual effort and helps speed up the end-to-end process.

Strong analysis and reporting tools — BluQube’s reporting suite is flexible and powerful, with strong links to Excel that make deeper analysis straightforward for finance teams that rely on spreadsheets.

Regular updates and new features — The platform is updated frequently and, importantly, some releases reflect user-requested improvements. That responsiveness makes it clear BluQube listens to customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bluQube?

Not all system and user parameters are clearly documented, which has sometimes slowed down configuration and made troubleshooting more difficult. That said, this has improved over time, and the latest release now allows parameters to be categorised by activity, which should make things easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’re genuinely pleased to hear that the OCR invoice processing and approval workflows are making things smoother for you. Purchase invoices can easily eat up hours in the week, so knowing it’s helping you save time (and probably a bit of frustration too!) is great to hear. And we completely agree on Excel — most finance teams live in it every day, so making sure the reporting and integration feels easy and natural is something we care about a lot.

It’s also lovely to hear you’ve noticed the regular updates. We don’t build things in isolation, a lot of what goes into bluQube comes straight from conversations with customers and the practical challenges finance teams share with us. So when you see improvements, there’s usually a real-world story behind them.

Thank you as well for the constructive feedback around system and user parameters. That’s really helpful. We know configuration needs to feel clear rather than confusing, and documentation should make life easier, not harder. The recent update grouping parameters by activity is one step in that direction, and feedback like yours helps us keep improving.

And finally, we’re especially glad bluQube has felt like a positive move on from Sage 50 for your team. Changing systems is never a small thing, so hearing that it’s been a step forward is fantastic.

What do you like best about bluQube?

The support is second to none. Enhancement requests are seriously considered, and if approved, don't take long to come through on the regular system updates.

The system itself is very easy to use and is constantly being improved.

The version we use is cloud based, and when we made the switch the implementation was completely seamless, and we learned lots more about how the system works from the consultant on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bluQube?

We don't tend to use their month end reports for Management Accounts, we have our own reporting system that BluQube can't match yet. The system and reporting configuration needs some time for us to delve into more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On reporting, thank you for the honest feedback. We know Management Accounts requirements can be highly tailored, and many organisations have well-established reporting processes in place. We’ve recently introduced new reporting enhancements and continue to invest heavily in this area to provide greater flexibility and insight. We’re also pleased that the ability to produce month-end reports in Excel is supporting your audits – that balance of control and flexibility is something many of our customers value. What do you like best about bluQube?

The data security policies spelt out by bluQube, together with the hosting being done in the UK give my accounting team comfort. The cloud services have multiple layers of backups and safe data centers, which will protect all of our financial data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bluQube?

Reporting facilities are somewhat less flexible concerning customizations. The pre-defined report formats do not always fit our specific requirement and hence we have to perform additional data processing in other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about bluQube?

It means that I do not have to first sit in front of the laptop and then approve the invoices, short receipts and even examine the cash flows. What do you like best about bluQube?

The access is possible from everywhere, it's just important to make the updates when we use a new device - but it works very fast. A great overview of incoming and outgoing invoices. Abroad invoices are coming slowly into the system and sometimes it is also necessary to upload them manually, that can be tricky if one time we will forget to start the manual search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
