Regular updates and new features — The platform is updated frequently and, importantly, some releases reflect user-requested improvements. That responsiveness makes it clear BluQube listens to customer needs.

The support is second to none. Enhancement requests are seriously considered, and if approved, don't take long to come through on the regular system updates. The system itself is very easy to use and is constantly being improved. The version we use is cloud based, and when we made the switch the implementation was completely seamless, and we learned lots more about how the system works from the consultant on site.

The data security policies spelt out by bluQube, together with the hosting being done in the UK give my accounting team comfort. The cloud services have multiple layers of backups and safe data centers, which will protect all of our financial data.
