## Blinklearning Reviews
  ### 1. Blinklearning. Digital books in the classrooms.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Blinklearning?**

Blinklearning is a platform that operates on the internet from any browser, providing us with the following advantages:
- Multiplatform: Blinklearning is independent of the device on which it is used. That is, it works on smartphones, laptops, tablets, or desktop computers.
- Valid for operating under any operating system.
It has a friendly and simple interface, suitable for all ages and levels of user computer knowledge.
- Possibility to function offline in case we don't have a connection.
- Uploading a book to Blinklearning makes it accessible from class and home, so there is no need to carry books on our backs, which benefits our health and vitality.
- In Blinklearning, we will find thousands of publishers that work with school textbooks worldwide.
- Possibility to highlight text in the book without damaging the original.

**What do you dislike about Blinklearning?**

- It is not free, adding books logically carries the cost that the publisher wants to give to the book.
- Studying with blinklearning is easier, although the eyes suffer more if we always look at electronic screens.

**Recommendations to others considering Blinklearning:**

I recommend BlinkLearning to teachers and students, to avoid the weight of books, and for the simplicity of its interface.

**What problems is Blinklearning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Blinklearning to project the books we follow in class using a projector. The teacher highlights the most important parts and we mix in images and videos with just a few mouse clicks. The class gains in agility, modernity, and above all, we avoid carrying the weight of books every day. We call it our digital backpack.

  ### 2. Blinklearning in the classroom.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Blinklearning?**

Blinklearning is the evolution of the old backpack with 6 books that weighed more than ten kilos and that children 20 years ago carried on their backs to class every day. Now, thanks to Blinklearning, we have managed to evolve by taking advantage of today's technologies in hardware, software, and intercommunication through networks and the cloud. The advantages of this application are: - Digital online books, which teachers can access and project with a light projector onto a screen in the classroom, and each student can follow along from their device as the explanations proceed. - Possibilities to add notes, drawings, and highlights. - Helps keep students engaged and motivated without getting distracted by the computer. - Ability to study from anywhere with a connection, from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop PC. - Intuitive and easy-to-use interface. - Healthier backs by not having to carry all the books every day.

**What do you dislike about Blinklearning?**

- It consumes a lot of resources, old devices may experience performance issues in supporting smooth navigation through digital books.
- Converting a physical book to digital is a long task, which if not offered by the publisher, you will find very tedious to do.
- If you don't have internet and haven't enabled the offline reading option, you won't have access to the books.
I can't say much more negative about this tool because I only see advantages. Although, as with any application, maintenance is essential to patch security holes, fix bugs, and introduce improvements, such as being able to conduct a test scheduled by the teacher at the end of each lesson. Although for that, we can complete it with Kahoot or Quiz.

**Recommendations to others considering Blinklearning:**

Ask your publisher, if they haven't given it to you, for access to the blinklearning of the book you use in class right now. It's easier to get through the course for you and your students.

**What problems is Blinklearning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capture attention for longer and facilitate following the teacher's explanations in class, and once the lesson is concluded, facilitate studying at home the topic explained, thanks to digital books accessible from a browser and a network-connected device.

  ### 3. Excellent App for Schools and Institutions Worldwide

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Blinklearning?**

As a teacher, it is important to be constantly evolving our methodology and techniques, in this modern world we are living in, enabling quality digital content for our school might be a somehow, challenging experience. However, people from Blinklearning have made it possible and incredibly intuitive, when I got to use the software in one of the institutions I had the pleasure to work for, kids were constantly engaged and motivated to do all the tasks, as it was interesting for them having their books digitally accesible in their ipads and pc's. The interface is very easy to use and intuitive, and as a teacher, its extremely easy to set up activities and checking them, online and offline.

**What do you dislike about Blinklearning?**

I do not really have any negative comment to make about this tool, of course there is always room for some improvement, but again, I am more than confident they will be continuously improving the platform, providing institution with quality service at a reasonable price.

**Recommendations to others considering Blinklearning:**

As a teacher with more than 15 years of experience, I would strongly recommend institutions to get this product, especially if it is within your goal to implement cutting-edge education in your academic spaces.

**What problems is Blinklearning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The chance of focusing and condensing useful content for a large number of students and/or other users, providing a highly valuable platform to their clients, at a quite reasonable price.
