**What do you like best about Blaze HR?**

Using this platform has made my work life so much easier. The staff portal is simple to navigate, and I can quickly check my attendance, leave, company policies, and documents all in one place. I don’t have to worry about missing anything important because everything I need is right there.

From what I’ve seen, managers also find it useful they can track shifts, attendance, and leave without the hassle of spreadsheets. The best part is how it keeps an eye on important documents, like UKVI, and alerts if anything is missing or expired. It feels well-organized, easy to use, and definitely saves time for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Blaze HR?**

I don’t have much to complain about with Blaze HR.

**What problems is Blaze HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blaze HR takes away the hassle of managing everything through spreadsheets and emails. It makes it easy to track attendance, leave, and shifts in one place, and I don’t have to chase documents or worry about missing deadlines because the system reminds me about expiries like UKVI. For me, it saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes day-to-day tasks a lot less stressful.

**What do you like best about Blaze HR?**

I really like the mobile app and online portal because it makes it easy to check my schedule, apply for leave, and clock in and out without needing to ask HR or my manager every time. It keeps everything in one place, and I get notified instantly if there are any updates or changes to my shifts.

**What do you dislike about Blaze HR?**

It would be useful to have an option to add personal notes or reminders in the app for shifts, so I can keep track of important things related to my work schedule.

**What problems is Blaze HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blaze HR solves the problem of having to manually get permissions from my manager for attendance, shift details, and leave requests. Before, I had to constantly message or talk directly with HR or my manager to get updates or approvals. Now, the app is very easy to navigate and simple to understand, making it super convenient to mark attendance, check shift schedules, apply for leave, and access important documents all in one place. This saves me time, keeps everything organized, and makes the whole process much faster and more transparent.

**What do you like best about Blaze HR?**

I like Blaze HR because it makes HR tasks simple and efficient. The mobile app is easy to use for attendance, shifts, and leave, while UKVI compliance tracking and biometric/GPS features keep everything accurate and stress-free. What I love most is how it cuts down a huge chunk of manual work, giving HR teams more time to focus on important tasks. Plus, the built-in social features like greetings and updates create a friendly, connected workplace.

I haven’t had any issues with Blaze HR. Everything works smoothly with Blaze HR

What I enjoy most about Blaze HR is its simplicity. I can quickly view my attendance, leave, and important documents in just a few clicks, without dealing with spreadsheets or asking anyone. It’s easy to use and saves me a lot of time, and the automatic reminders for important documents ensure I never miss any deadlines.

**What do you like best about Blaze HR?**

The UKVI Compliance module is an absolute game changer. It simplifies the entire sponsor licence process with built-in document tracking, automated alerts for visa expiries, and right-to-work checks. We no longer worry about missing critical dates or documentation gaps Blaze HR ensures we stay compliant and audit-ready at all times. The automation around record keeping and the way it centralises all staff documentation is incredibly helpful, especially for businesses sponsoring Skilled Worker visas.

**What do you dislike about Blaze HR?**

The platform could benefit from deeper integrations with external legal advisors or solicitors for real-time compliance updates. While the compliance features are strong, occasional customisation limitations mean we sometimes have to request support for advanced configuration. That said, their support team has always been responsive and helpful.

**What problems is Blaze HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blaze HR is solving one of our most critical challenges  ensuring full UKVI compliance while managing day-to-day HR tasks. As a sponsor licence holder, keeping up with visa documentation, right-to-work checks, and audit preparation was time-consuming and error-prone. Blaze HR automates this entire process with expiry alerts, documentation tracking, and digital records that align with Home Office requirements.

In addition, it streamlines attendance tracking, rota planning, leave management, and even staff communication through its mobile app all in one place. This has significantly reduced our admin burden, improved internal accountability, and given us peace of mind regarding compliance.

The benefit? We're now more confident during audits, save time on manual tasks, and maintain better transparency across the organisation.

**What do you like best about Blaze HR?**

Blaze HR has all the key HR tools in one place like attendance, leave, rotas, documents, onboarding, and more. Setup is straightforward, and daily use is simple.

The staff portal is  easy to use and easy to navigate. Staffs can clock in and out, request leave, see their shift plan, check payslips and more in one spot. The portal works well on mobile too, so staffs can handle tasks on the go.

Overall its s a solid choice for teams that want a clear and simple system.

No major concerns. So far everything has been helpful.

**What problems is Blaze HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blaze HR solves confusion and delays. Staffs can see their shifts, attendance, leave and payslips by themselves, which means faster answers and less back and forth as its an automated system. Also saves time of HR and reduce workload and confusions.

**What do you like best about Blaze HR?**

What I like about Blaze HR is that I can manage my tasks and deadlines easily. It lets me prioritize my tasks, pause them, even add notes. I can also keep track of my attendance, leaves, and company holidays.

**What do you dislike about Blaze HR?**

I'd like Blaze HR to have a clock-in reminder. Sometimes when I work from home, I forget to start my work day since in the office, we use their biometric machine.

**What problems is Blaze HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Blaze HR, I used to forget my leave balance or had to ask HR for documents. Now I can check attendance, apply for leave, and see tasks and holidays anytime.

Nothing to dislike, great support and helped with all the queries I had.

**What problems is Blaze HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being the HR manager of my organisation, it saves a lot of time with respect to the UKVI compliance of all our sponsored employees. It's easy for us to track their Visa end date and also to keep a track of the pending documents which is necessary for according to UKVI compliance check. It is also helping us to track our compliance check regularly and ensure us that we are UKVI compliant.
