Sales, part , service needs and many more connected to it. It's easy to use powerful and friendly. **What do you dislike about Blackpurl?** It does not yet have quite as many price integrations or part fiches available as the last system . It's little complex and expensive and have integration issues. **What problems is Blackpurl solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to manage accounting tasks like sales and inventory updates It's cloud based so I was able to access it from anywhere and update data from any location ### 2. You finally have total flexibility to manage your dealership the way you've always wanted since there are no setup costs or obligations. **What do you dislike about Blackpurl?** It might be difficult to add photographs to a unit. Because each photo must fit under a particular size restriction and you cannot upload many photos at once, doing so takes time. **What problems is Blackpurl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I enjoy how you can easily go through different categories in this application and find/run information. It's quite simple to use, and the training is  excellent. Blackpurl's onboarding procedure is  the greatest. **What do you dislike about Blackpurl?** It might be a real hassle to add images to a unit. It takes time to upload each photo because they  must all fit inside a particular size limit and you  can't choose several at once. Additionally,  working with certain of the unit details' character constraints can be challenging. Sometimes the  information we want to add to a given area is not  long enough, therefore we have to get creative  about what fields work for us. **What problems is Blackpurl solving and how is that benefiting you?** The experience of Black Purl has been wonderful. It was comparatively simple to figure out how to  use, and customer service is usually first-rate. The Black Purl support staff makes a sincere  effort to respond to your inquiries promptly and  to resolve issues as rapidly as they can. ### 6. When searching for different categories, it is simple to jump from one section to another and keep learning to keep up the pace. **What do you dislike about Blackpurl?** This is a little difficult as there were many positive experiences however, adding pictures to a unit is restrictive and maintain those increases the task of the day **What problems is Blackpurl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been a user of this software, so in my use, it was excellent in recording all information in one place and, from a management perspective to, implementing it, This is an enhanced management solution, and the design they have continued with the same, with less upgrade cost and only helps our growth. ### 7. It's cloud based and it groups the top employees together so you don't have to search tab after tab to find the information your looking for.
