I like it because they listen to the users and there are always improvements with the proposals we suggest. It is a comprehensive LMS that integrates well with other tools. The communication with Anthology and the provider is wonderful, they always inform us about the improvements, upcoming changes, and what is in staging. I highlight that it puts the student as the protagonist of their learning process, it is intuitive and with a simple view (for example from the activity flow) they can visualize everything that is happening in their courses. Easy to use and fully adaptable to any device. **What do you dislike about Blackboard?** It is very easy to use and sometimes because of that, it does not allow very specific custom changes. **What problems is Blackboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Failures are reported through an article, and improvements and solutions are quick.
