The fact that you can place any order your operation needs that night directly through the system, without having to contact anyone **What do you dislike about BirchStreet?** The part I did not like, or think should be improved, is that when you are searching for a specific product for example, a liquor brand, you need to type the exact name or know how it is listed in the system. Sometimes you try typing only the first two letters, or for wine you need to know the grape variety. If you do not know the exact spelling, it can take a long time to find the correct product. You really need to know the exact name to find it **What problems is BirchStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maybe the product search could be made easier while typing. For example, it could be supported by artificial intelligence and suggest similar or related products based on what you are trying to find ### 2. Being able to load all vendors on their platform and create an approval process for buyers at a facility is a trend we are going to continue to see in hospitality, and ReactorNet stands out among its peers. **What do you dislike about BirchStreet?** There is nothing to note that I dislike about the platform. Integration of any technology takes time, and resources, but the ReactorNet team makes it as easy as possible. **What problems is BirchStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?** ReactorNet is solving the problem of purchasers at a property going rouge and buying from vendors that might be outside of the preferred vendors of the facility. When properties do this, they are potentially missing out on vendor agreed-upon pricing, and potential money back through purchase incentives or rebates. ### 10. There are many things we love about the product. Firstly Reactornet is very flexible on the amount of 'punchout' vendors they allot to customers. Many of you that have used other procurement systems may have been limited by the number of punchout vendors you could use, or you may have experienced being charged an arm and leg to activate a new vendor (even though it would be a fairly simple vendor setup for the company). This is not so with Reactornet. Reactornet as a company seems to be very flexible in tailoring its suite of products to the individual needs of its customers. We recently switched to a new enterprise level accounting system, and Reactornet was more than happy to work with us on our integration needs, and the integration cost was very reasonable. Additionally, the monthly pricing is very reasonable. We didn't feel like we were being locked into a long-term contract with ridiculous extension clauses and upfront fees. Their overall flexibility in this regard shows that they have great confidence in their product. As far as the UI goes it is very modern and easy to use. Both our corporate and hotel property level staff love it. Reactornet also just came out with a mobile app. Although I have yet to use it, I have great confidence that it, like the web-based application will be very smartly designed. There is a great deal of customization options available within the product. If you can't figure out how to make things work, they'll do it for you. Just give them a call and ask! Overall what I like best about Reactornet EPRO is their fantastic customer service. Despite our small company size, they make us feel like we are one of their most important clients. Their customer service makes a truly wonderful product even better. I cannot recommend Reactornet EPRO and Reactornet's other products and services enough! **What do you dislike about BirchStreet?** There is not much to dislike about their product. **What problems is BirchStreet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reactornet is constantly working to improve its product. One thing I notice most is that they are constantly adding punchout ready vendors. They recently Amazon Business as an example. As soon as they did, they gave us a call letting us know. We are very excited about this. ### 12. It is a very simple process to review and transmit invoices from Epro into our accounting software. Also, I like that some vendors have an option to integrate with the software program. **What do you dislike about BirchStreet?** I do not like that invoices fail to transmit into our accounting software and that Epro reports the invoice as "passed" when it did not transmit.
