What do you like best about Bilflo?

I like their billing and invoicing feature the most. It increased our cash flow and really save our team a ton of time. We can send out invoices in just a few clicks!

It really helped our team focus on higher priority tasks instead of emailing our clients their invoices one by one. I also like the business intelligence feature, it gave me a new perspective on how to approach our staffing business and get more clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bilflo?

I can't think of anything that I dislike with Bilflo, for now. We are really delighted with the service and looking forward to years of working with them.

What do you like best about Bilflo?

i can submit my timecard at any time, I can see my hours in one place. I had submitted my time card late a couple times but once it is submitted i dont have to wait too long for my supervisor to approve it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bilflo?

its tedious to have a dropdown menu for each day and hour and lunch, especially when i work the same hours. it should be easier to imput, im faster at typing, even on the computer it can take a while to imput because of the dropdown menu for hours minutes and am or pm, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bilflo?

That I can keep track of my GP and is always very accurate if you know how to use it correctly. I currently use Smart search and Oorwin to keep track of my contractors and their pay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bilflo?

The system is very easy to use and once jobs and candidates are set up, the system runs very smoothly. You can analyze where your GP is coming from and have real-time data and information at your fingertips. The whole system is intuitive and has a simple and refined look and feel. The system provides time card functionality, GP tracking, invoicing, data analytics, etc. all for the same price as a stand-alone time tracking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bilflo?

We have received several different random errors throughout the system as an early adoption user. BF Support has been able to quickly identify these and fix them, but we usually don't know the cause and reason for the errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bilflo?

It's very convenient to use bilflo to keep track of my contractors and their work hours. I can also keep track my metrics so I know if I need to double my effort in working. It's user-friendly and you can easily select from which dates you would like to track your contractors. You can also see who's still going to work and who's not so you can keep track on them if they are still going to work or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bilflo?

None so far as I know, people behind it are already working on improving the system. It's just that sometimes I have a different interface than with my Staffing Manager but that could be because of the difference of our position. But I appreciate it if I can also see my metrics. I don't have an access as well in seeing the resumes through bilflo or any other features aside from viewing my contractors Gross Profit. Hi, Josh! It's true, there are a number of trusted technologies most staffing agencies are using, but will also require a lot of work if not integrated with one another. Bilflo can be that bridge on the gap between tech solutions while automating the staffing agency's back-office. What do you like best about Bilflo?

I've found Bilflo is easy to navigate, intuitive, and easy to keep track of everything that should be on my radar. My favorite tool is the metrics tracker, making it easy to see what I've been up to and keep track of my calls, connects and pre-screens.

While I don't utilize it yet, the GP reporting tool is fantastic; It makes keeping track of fills, payments very easy, and it also allows me to see how the company is doing at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bilflo?

It does seem like the metrics reporting goes down a bit much, but it could also be due to user error on my end. I've often found certain pages being unresponsive, but this is usually fixable with a page refresh or logging out and back in.
