It increased our cash flow and really save our team a ton of time. We can send out invoices in just a few clicks! I also like the business intelligence feature, it gave me a new perspective on how to approach our staffing business and get more clients. **What do you dislike about Bilflo?** I can't think of anything that I dislike with Bilflo, for now. We are really delighted with the service and looking forward to years of working with them. I had submitted my time card late a couple times but once it is submitted i dont have to wait too long for my supervisor to approve it **What do you dislike about Bilflo?** its tedious to have a dropdown menu for each day and hour and lunch, especially when i work the same hours. it should be easier to imput, im faster at typing, even on the computer it can take a while to imput because of the dropdown menu for hours minutes and am or pm, **What problems is Bilflo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can submit my timecard to my employer online, so i dont need to punch in or drive to the office, which is a farther commute and, i also dont have to go through the hassle of getting the timecards signed and scanned and sent over for approval. You can analyze where your GP is coming from and have real-time data and information at your fingertips. The whole system is intuitive and has a simple and refined look and feel. The system provides time card functionality, GP tracking, invoicing, data analytics, etc. all for the same price as a stand-alone time tracking system. **What do you dislike about Bilflo?** We have received several different random errors throughout the system as an early adoption user. BF Support has been able to quickly identify these and fix them, but we usually don't know the cause and reason for the errors. **What problems is Bilflo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Bilflo as our time tracking system for contract workers and also to track the GP for Contractors and Direct Hire placements. This has streamlined our payroll process and also transitioned us from the old paper time cards, manual signatures, and scanning workflow we've previously used. Since Bilflo's support team has listened and added line item functionality, we plan to utilize the invoicing feature from the time card data collected in the near future. I can also keep track my metrics so I know if I need to double my effort in working. It's user-friendly and you can easily select from which dates you would like to track your contractors. You can also see who's still going to work and who's not so you can keep track on them if they are still going to work or not. **What do you dislike about Bilflo?** None so far as I know, people behind it are already working on improving the system. It's just that sometimes I have a different interface than with my Staffing Manager but that could be because of the difference of our position. But I appreciate it if I can also see my metrics. I don't have an access as well in seeing the resumes through bilflo or any other features aside from viewing my contractors Gross Profit. But like I said, it could be because I only have limited access due to my position. **Recommendations to others considering Bilflo:** Bilflo is user-friendly, so do not hesitate to use it. It helps me in tracking my contractors as well as hitting my metrics. **What problems is Bilflo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily track the Gross Profits of my contractors and their attendance during a week, with this, I don't have to manually compute them on my end. Especially my metrics consists of their Gross Profit, it's good that I can see them to keep track or report any discrepancies. My favorite tool is the metrics tracker, making it easy to see what I've been up to and keep track of my calls, connects and pre-screens. While I don't utilize it yet, the GP reporting tool is fantastic; It makes keeping track of fills, payments very easy, and it also allows me to see how the company is doing at any given time. **What do you dislike about Bilflo?** It does seem like the metrics reporting goes down a bit much, but it could also be due to user error on my end. I've often found certain pages being unresponsive, but this is usually fixable with a page refresh or logging out and back in. Overall, everything has worked great for me, just some hiccups along the way. **Recommendations to others considering Bilflo:** Pretty straightforward and easy to use, they have a friendly, slick, intuitive UI, and their support team is fantastic! **What problems is Bilflo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't used bilflo for much problem solving. Mainly for timecards and Metrics reports at this time. It is very useful to be able to track metrics and see call amounts, though. I do really like the ability to keep track of what income is coming in and the fills that provide that income. The "Scoreboard" feature of being able to see how everyone else is doing is great too.
