## BigTime Reviews
  ### 1. BigTime Makes Time Tracking Simple with a Clean, Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

BigTime is simple and easy to use with an intuitive UI/UX that makes the process streamlined for a typical staff member. The layout feels clean and straightforward, which reduces confusion and makes entering time quick and efficient. Overall, the ease of use, clarity of structure, and smooth daily workflow make it practical for consistent time tracking.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Once hours are submitted, editing them can only be done by HR or accounts payable, which can create unnecessary back-and-forth communication. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to flag submitted entries that need changes, automatically notifying the appropriate manager to unlock them.

Additionally, when a project is closed, it is not automatically removed or clearly flagged on the timesheet. A visual indicator or pop-up warning would help prevent time being entered into closed projects.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime provides a straightforward and reliable platform for time tracking, reducing complexity for staff and streamlining submissions. Its intuitive design minimizes training time and helps ensure accurate entries, even though additional flexibility in post-submission editing would further improve efficiency.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Time tracking tools succeed or fail based on how quickly people can adopt them — and it’s encouraging to hear BigTime reduces friction for staff while keeping entries clear and consistent. When a system minimizes confusion and shortens training time, that has a real ripple effect across a team.

You’ve also highlighted two thoughtful improvement areas around post-submission flexibility and visibility into closed projects. Workflow clarity doesn’t stop at submission, and ideas like flagging entries for review or clearly marking inactive projects speak directly to preventing unnecessary back-and-forth and entry errors. That kind of operational detail matters.

We truly appreciate the depth of your feedback. Reviews like this — balanced, specific, and practical — help us continue strengthening BigTime not just as a time tracker, but as a reliable operational system for growing teams.

  ### 2. Intuitive, Well-Organized Time Tracking That Keeps Logging Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liridon S. | Software Developer, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

What I like most about BigTime is how intuitive and well organized it feels. The time-tracking process is straightforward and doesn’t require a lot of clicks, which makes it easy for me to stay consistent about logging my hours.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

BigTime can feel slow at times, and I’ve run into a few minor glitches that make time entry and reporting less smooth than I’d expect.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime solves the challenge of keeping my time tracking organized and aligned with project budgets, without forcing me to manage spreadsheets. As a developer, it helps me log hours quickly, see what I’m assigned to, and make sure my time is captured correctly for billing—all without extra administrative work.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Consistency is everything when it comes to time tracking, especially in a development workflow. It’s great to hear BigTime keeps logging simple and organized without adding extra clicks or unnecessary overhead. When tracking time doesn’t interrupt the actual work, that’s a win.

We also appreciate you pointing out the moments where performance or minor glitches affect the experience. When a tool is used daily, even small slowdowns stand out, so that kind of feedback is important.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a clear perspective. It means a lot to earn a 5-star rating while also getting thoughtful input on where we can keep improving the experience.

  ### 3. Easy Time Tracking and Weekly Approvals in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

It is very easy to keep track of all my time and productivity. I also like the ease of approval at the end of each week. It is easy to submit mileage reimbursement for approval right within the program.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I wish there were templates that can remember my everyday items that I track each day that are the same.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Big Time helps me stay organized across the different tasks I handle each day and need to account for with my time. It’s easy to log in after a task or meeting and enter the details as I go, which helps me stay balanced by the end of the day. It’s also simple to add mileage after each occurrence, so I don’t end up forgetting it by the end of the month. The reminders work well, too, so I don’t forget to approve my time at the end of the week. I haven’t needed customer support yet, but it’s available via chat if I do.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> It’s great to see how BigTime fits naturally into your daily rhythm — logging time right after a task or meeting, adding mileage as it happens, and wrapping up the week with a smooth approval process. When those pieces line up, staying organized feels much more manageable.

The idea of having templates for recurring daily items makes a lot of sense, especially when your schedule has predictable elements. Small efficiencies like that can add up quickly over time.

We appreciate you sharing such a detailed look at how you’re using the platform. It’s helpful to understand how the reminders, approvals, and reimbursement features come together in real day-to-day use.

  ### 4. Effortless Timesheet Management with BigTime

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bridgette M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like BigTime for its easy ability to input projects and reference what I've worked on on what dates. I can quickly flip through the weeks and see what projects were worked on, which helps when I need to reference this for billing or in conversation.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Not something that BigTime can fix, but I do not have admin/editing capabilities as I am a project coordinator, so I have to request someone to make changes if there is a phase that doesn't exist yet or something about how we input time needs changed.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigTime to input my timesheet for work, helping solve which projects I'm billing to and what project phase. I like the easy ability to input projects and quickly reference work dates for billing or conversations.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> We really appreciate you taking the time to share how you’re using BigTime. Being able to quickly move between weeks and see exactly which projects and phases were worked on can make a big difference, especially when those details come up later for billing or in day-to-day conversations.

Thanks as well for calling out the admin permissions piece. Different roles naturally come with different levels of access, and hearing how that affects your workflow helps us better understand where coordination and handoffs can slow things down.

We’re glad BigTime is helping you stay organized around projects, phases, and billable work, and we appreciate you sharing such a clear picture of how it fits into your role.

  ### 5. Easy Project Documentation with a Helpful Description Box

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor M. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like that I can write down everything I worked on in the description box for the project I’m working on.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I don’t like that I can’t drag projects into the order I want.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m honestly not sure what problems BigTime is meant to solve for us. At the moment, we’re only using it to log hours, and that’s really all it’s doing on our end right now.

  ### 6. Effortless Setup, But Watch for Timeouts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyza B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like how easy it is to upload my expenses and time sheets with BigTime. The features are relatively easy to use, and I find uploading timesheets to be especially straightforward. I also appreciate that the company time stays the same each week, so I don't have to continually add a different row. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy—just adding all the different rows for my company and clients, and they stay there each week.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Sometimes the website times out, and if I make an entry and try to save it, it doesn't save. Then it refreshes, and I lose my work.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigTime to bill my clients with timesheets and update expenses. I like how easy it is to upload my expenses and timesheets. The company time stays consistent each week, so I don’t have to add rows repeatedly.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> A smooth setup and consistent weekly rows can make a real difference when billing clients regularly. It’s good to know BigTime is helping you upload time and expenses without unnecessary repetition.

At the same time, losing entries due to timeouts is understandably frustrating. When you’ve already taken the time to log your work, having it disappear interrupts momentum. We appreciate you calling that out.

Thank you for the balanced review and the 4-star rating. Feedback like this helps us focus on making the experience not just easy, but reliably seamless.

  ### 7. Clear Analytics and Project Visibility in a User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like the analytics and how easy it is to see project availability. It gives a clear view of what’s going on and helps keep everything organized. The platform is also very user-friendly, so it’s easy to navigate and find what you need without spending extra time figuring things out. Overall, the ease of use and visibility make it simple to work with on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Nothing specific stands out as a major issue. Overall, the platform feels easy to use and works well for what I need.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps provide better visibility into projects and availability, making it easier to stay organized and understand workload at a glance.

  ### 8. F ast and reliable platform with room for automation enhancement s

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

BigTime is fast , reliable, and easy to use, which makes daily time entry and project tracking straightforward. The
platform performs smoothly without unnecessary delays, and the intuitive interface allows me to quickly navigate
and complete tasks. Overall, the ease of use, system stability, and responsive performance make it a dependable
solution for managing work.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are a few features that could improve the experience. It would be helpful to have AI-driven capabilities or
automation to streamline workflows. The ability to easily copy and paste previous work entries would also save
time. Additionally, the system sometimes opens an extra tab during login, which feels unnecessary and slightly
disrupts the process

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime provides a stable and efficient platform for tracking time and managing projects without performance
issues. Its speed and reliability help ensure work is logged accurately and consistently, supporting smooth daily

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the strong rating. We truly value feedback like this — not just because it’s positive, but because it reflects the trust our users place in us. We’re committed to maintaining a professional, reliable experience for teams who rely on BigTime every day. At the same time, thoughtful observations about performance and usability help us continue refining the platform so it meets the high standards our customers expect.

We appreciate you being part of the BigTime community and for sharing such a considered review.

  ### 9. Flexible Reporting with Excel Export and Custom Date Ranges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

One feature I find especially useful is the ability to export reports directly to Excel. That makes it easy to review or manipulate the data outside the system when needed. I also like the ability to run reports using custom date
ranges. That flexibility makes reporting much more practical when analyzing different time periods.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

One minor issue I have noticed is that when I refresh the page, the lines in my timesheet do not always remain
organized the way I originally arranged them. It does not affect the data itself, but it can make reviewing entries
slightly less convenient.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime helps centralize time tracking and reporting in one system. The ability to export data and run reports across custom time ranges makes it easier to analyze activity and maintain accurate records.

  ### 10. BigTime Makes Data Entry Quick and Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

BigTime is easy to use and doesn’t take much time for me to enter my data. It’s also been fairly bug-free in my experience.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There’s nothing I dislike about BigTime. Occasionally, when I’m viewing a previous field, another predefined field gets deleted, so I have to select it again from the drop-down menu.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me and the company track my hours so an accurate billable report can be generated.

  ### 11. Easy Way to track Time and Expenses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like how easy it is to add detailed comments to justify work performed, which helps maintain clarity and
accountability. Adding expenses is straightforward, and having access to expense history makes tracking much
easier. I also appreciate the ability to add multiple time slots across multiple projects, which supports flexible
scheduling and accurate reporting. Overall, the ease of use, strong time tracking capabilities, and helpful expense
features make it very practical for daily use.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are no major issues that stand out in my experience. As with any platform, there may be opportunities to
further streamline certain workflows, but overall the system performs reliably and supports my needs effectively.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime helps ensure accurate time and expense tracking across multiple projects. The ability to document work
thoroughly and review expense history improves transparency and supports better project management and
financial tracking.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Being able to spread time across projects in a way that’s easy to read — and still leave clear comments — makes day-to-day tracking much more manageable, so it’s great to hear that setup is working well for you.

The point about templated entries is a fair one. When your work follows a consistent weekly pattern, re-entering the same details can feel repetitive, and calling that out helps highlight where efficiency could go even further.

Glad BigTime is saving you time on both hours and expenses — that kind of payoff is exactly what good tracking tools should deliver.

  ### 12. Easy-to-Use Timesheets

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I really like how easy the timesheet system is to use. Entering time does not feel complicated, and the layout
makes it clear where everything goes. The website itself is also organized well, which makes it simple to find what
I need without wasting time searching through menus. Overall, the system feels straightforward and practical for
daily use.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

One thing that can be frustrating is receiving reminder notifications to submit a timesheet even after it has
already been submitted. It can cause some confusion and makes you double check whether it actually went
through. Aside from that, the platform works well for my needs.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime helps keep time tracking organized and consistent. It simplifies the process of submitting timesheets
and ensures hours are recorded properly, which supports accurate reporting and overall accountability.

  ### 13. Simple, Clear Platform for time management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

What I like most is how simple and easy the platform is to use. The interface is clear, and I can quickly complete
what I need without confusion. It covers all our requirements and gives us the resources needed to manage time
and projects properly. I also feel confident in the security and authentication process, which is very efficient.
Being able to use it on both desktop and smartphone makes it even more convenient for daily work.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

One limitation is that I cannot save a note if the informed time is 0.0. It would be helpful to record the reason for a
0.0 entry, such as approved time off or other exceptions. Having that flexibility would improve documentation
and provide better context in certain situations.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking and time off management

  ### 14. Simple Timecards and Login, But Navigation Confusion and Occasional Crashes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like how simple the timecard layout is. It’s easy to understand and does not take much time to get used to. The
login process is also straightforward, which makes getting into the system quick and hassle free. Overall, the basic
functions are clear and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are occasional crashes, which can be frustrating when trying to complete tasks. The project management
pages can also be confusing. Many of them look very similar and contain overlapping information, so it is not
always clear where to go for specific details. Improving navigation would make a big difference.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime helps simplify time tracking and keeps work entries organized in one place. The straightforward layout
makes it easy to log hours and maintain basic project visibility.

  ### 15. User friendly review like BigTime

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** German L. | Plumbing Design Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

The simple design, easy to navigate, knew how to use it on the first day with very few instructions.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

The colors, I hope future updates allow you to personalise it on my computer.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keep track of the hours invested on specific proejcts

  ### 16. Simplifies Project Management with Efficient Time Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnold W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like the ease of adding and tracking time for each project in BigTime. The Google login is also a good-to-have feature. The reports help me understand how I am allocated, helping me manage my time and resources. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

The UI could be more nice and refined, although I have no issues, but I would like it to be a little nicer or at least be customizable to our company brand. Also, it needs an alerting system to notify employees if they have not filled timesheets by Friday.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigTime for project management and resource allocation, helping me manage my time and resources. It offers ease of adding and tracking time for projects and generates reports for revenue and target tracking.

  ### 17. Love the Variety of Customizable Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | Client Services Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like the various customized reports, they allow us to represent our hours to our clients in a clean and easy to understand format.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

The software can be a bit finnicky, especially when it logs you out due to inactivity (it doesnt automatically go to a standby screen and will let you input a ton of data before it informs you that you're no longer logged in which results in us having to re-input the data)

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking, billing reports, and analytics for YoY and MoM comparisons.

  ### 18. Having a big time using BIG TIME.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

It is easy for me to upload my working hours and add comments to it.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Not that I dislike, but you could help us to have a report by the end of the week/month regarding what we write in the comments of each day; for us to just upload some pictures and to have a well structured report of our activities.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a way to organize projects and the hours that we have used in the project time.

  ### 19. Easy to Use, Comprehensive Time Tracking and Insightful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

BigTime is easy to use and does not require much effort to get started. The timekeeping functionality is comprehensive and allows accurate tracking across projects and tasks. | also appreciate the reporting tools, which provide meaningful insights and make it easier to understand performance and time allocation. Overall, it feels practical and dependable for everyday use.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are no major issues that stand out. At times, refining reports to match a very specific format can take a little adjustment, but the tools are capable and provide the necessary information once configured properly. The core functionality works well.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime helps centralize timekeeping and reporting in one system. It improves visibility into how time is spent and provides useful reporting insights that support better planning and decision making.

  ### 20. Great software for our small business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia V. | Office Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

1. Strong time tracking for professional services: BigTime makes it pretty easy for teams to log hours and track time against projects.

2. Good billing and invoicing tools: The invoicing features are helpful for turning tracked time and expenses into client invoices quickly, which streamlines our billing process.

4. Integrations with accounting systems like QBO

  ### 21. Intuitive Time Entry, But Needs Deeper Outlook/Teams Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan T. | Senior Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

The core UX is workable and relatively intuitive. The spreadsheet-style grid is familiar, and once projects/rows are set up, it's fairly straightforward to enter hours (though the interface could be cleaner and more modern)

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

It's not meaningfully integrated with the tools I currently use. If BigTime pulled meeting metadata from Outlook/Teams (and ideally Asana) and pre-populated time blocks by client/project, it would remove a huge chunk of manual effort and probably reduce errors.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly solving time capture, client billing/allocations, and auditability in one place

  ### 22. BigTime Makes Time Tracking Fast, Easy, and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Collin N. | Environmental Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

BigTime makes logging work hours extremely easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I have had no issues with BigTime so far.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving how my company keeps track of man hours so we can stay on top of projects.

  ### 23. Easy Time Tracking with Customizable Solutions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I use BigTime as a consultant to log billable time to client projects, and it helps me sort time by project, at the level of detail to which we build our timecodes. It's relatively easy to use and can be customized to fit any size project. I like that all the partners in my firm have access to the same timecodes, making it easy to aggregate all time allocated to each project. It helps us keep the billing organized so that it can easily be reported to our clients. The initial setup was easy peasy.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I would love it if BigTime could integrate with MS Outlook, then automate my time based on the categories assigned to time blocks in my calendar.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigTime to log billable hours, helping me organize billing and sort time by project details. It's easy to use, customizable for any project size, and allows all partners to access timecodes, making it easier to report to clients.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It’s great to hear BigTime is helping you log billable time at the level of detail you need — especially when multiple partners are working from the same set of timecodes and reporting back to clients. Keeping that consistency across projects is exactly what makes billing easier to manage.

We also appreciate you calling out the Outlook integration idea. Automating time entry based on calendar activity is a powerful concept, and suggestions like this give us valuable insight into how consultants think about reducing manual steps in their day.

Thanks again for sharing your experience. Feedback like yours plays an important role in how we continue shaping BigTime to better support real-world workflows.

**Reviewed by:** Angela L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I find BigTime valuable because it lets me track time per project and client, which means I don't have to manage it manually. I like that I can submit hours as I go, making time entry effortless. The interface is simple and easy to use, which means it takes less time to figure out and makes entering time painless.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I don't like that you can't apply descriptions across multiple time entries, you have to copy and paste the entry. Also, the initial setup of BigTime was not that easy.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far I am enjoying BigTime. It is easy to use.

  ### 29. Outstanding Reporting and Filtering Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

The public reports are the highlight of Bigtime, especially with their robust filter features. When projects and tasks are set up, they can be quickly sorted and filtered, making it simple to review both project performance and individual contributions. The data from these reports is easy to interpret and can be integrated into other work processes by downloading it in specific file formats. Additionally, the APIs are straightforward to use and implement, which makes creating custom data analyses much more accessible.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

This is more of a suggestion than a criticism, but I think it would be helpful to include a 'task' field within projects. This addition would make it much easier to review the time billed to specific project tasks, as well as to the overall project.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime allows me to quickly see the hours logged to each project, which greatly simplifies tracking and project management. It streamlines decision-making when it comes to managing resources and staying within budget, eliminating the need to spend hours tracking time for individual tasks and similar details.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Thank you for such a thoughtful and well-articulated review — it’s clear you’re getting real value out of BigTime’s reporting and data capabilities. Hearing that public reports, filtering, and sorting make it easier to evaluate both project performance and individual contributions is especially meaningful, as that visibility is critical for informed decision-making.

We also appreciate you calling out how usable the exported data and APIs are. The ability to take reporting outputs and integrate them into broader workflows or custom analyses is something many teams rely on, and it’s great to know that flexibility is supporting how you work with project and financial data.

Your suggestion around adding a task-level field within projects is a smart one. Being able to analyze time at both the project and task level can add another layer of clarity, and feedback framed this thoughtfully helps us understand where deeper insight would be most valuable.

Thanks again for sharing your experience. Reviews like this — detailed, practical, and forward-looking — are incredibly helpful in shaping how BigTime continues to support efficient project tracking, resource management, and budget control.

  ### 30. Easy to Learn, Now with All Time Tracking in One Place

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

Easy to use and was easy to learn. I am learning how to do invoicing which has not been difficult either.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I used to have to go to different portals for each of our different offices, but that recently was fixed and now all time tracking is in one place.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime is helping to keep track of our time and billing with ease.

  ### 31. Intuitive Interface and Streamlined Timesheets Make Work Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like the overall general interface, both for its aesthetics and ease of use. For general use like doing weekly timesheets and expense reports I find that the layout is simple and easy to use. For my company’s setup, the dropdowns for both columns and rows are organized and user-friendly.
When I need to dive deeper into project details, the process in doing so is simple and BigTime makes it easy for me to review project bugets and client details.
I like that I can view weekly totals in my timesheet. It is insightful to know my billable hours vs. overhead.
I like/love the “clear blank rows” feature. It helps me start a clean, new week from scratch and removes a lot of the “noise” from the prior week.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

This is just something that I think could be slightly improved. I am someone that has several weekly timesheet entries (rows), and sometimes it can be burdensome to find a specific entry. It would be helpful if there was a “search bar” to view or apply to specific rows (“Project” row). This would help me ensure I am not making duplicate entries quicker.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping all of the financial aspects of project management for me in one place with it's well-organized platform and many tools

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> There’s a lot of value in a layout that stays clean while still handling real complexity, so it’s great to hear BigTime makes weekly timesheets, expenses, and deeper project details easy to navigate when you need them. Having clear dropdowns, visible totals, and quick access to budgets helps turn data into something actually useful.

The way you described using weekly totals — especially comparing billable versus overhead — is exactly the kind of insight those views are meant to support. And the “clear blank rows” callout is a great one; starting a new week without leftover noise can make time entry feel much lighter.

We also appreciate the idea around searching within timesheet rows. When you’re working with many entries each week, being able to quickly find or validate a specific project would make staying organized even easier. Thanks for sharing such a thoughtful perspective on how BigTime fits into your workflow.

  ### 32. Easy Time Entry, But Reporting Needs Better Filters

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

all time input is easy and straightforward

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

reports are difficult to use - there are no automatic filters to get to useful information

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none really

  ### 33. Fast, easy-to-use time tracking with a reliable timer and mobile access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dwight L. | Tax Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I really love the timer feature in BigTime because it helps me accurately track my project time and ensures it
counts correctly toward my time charges once I end a session. The platform is very easy to use and straightforward, which makes logging time quick and stress-free. It's also noticeably fast compared to tools we've used before, with no lag or hanging. Discovering the mobile version has been especially helpful when I need to log time quickly while away from my desk.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There aren't any major issues that stand out so far. As I continue using more features over time, there may be
areas where small refinements could improve the experience even further, but overall the platform has been
smooth, fast, and reliable in daily use.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime makes it easy to track time accurately and efficiently, whether on desktop or mobile. The timer feature, fast performance, and straightforward interface help ensure time is logged correctly and on time, supporting accurate billing and reducing delays.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> What comes through clearly in your review is confidence — knowing that when you start tracking time, it’s going to be captured correctly, counted properly, and ready when you need it. That kind of trust in a tool is hard to earn, so it means a lot to hear BigTime is delivering that for you.

It’s especially great to hear how the timer, performance speed, and mobile access fit into your real workday — whether you’re logging time at your desk or quickly capturing it while you’re away. When time tracking feels fast and dependable instead of stressful, it changes how teams work and bill.

We also appreciate your forward-looking perspective as you continue using more of the platform. Knowing that the experience has been smooth and reliable so far — with room to keep refining over time — is incredibly valuable feedback. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful 5-star review and for trusting BigTime with your time and billing workflows.

  ### 34. Accurate and Efficient Time Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alán S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like that the information is stored in BigTime, including activities, hours, holidays, and vacations, which is very useful. This helps me generate my work reports and validate what was done on specific days. In general, the functionality of BigTime for what it is designed for is very satisfactory. I also find that uploading my hours was easy, a feature I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Uploading hours was simple, but I did need a bit of help to upload expenses.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigTime to log my work hours and keep a proper track of my hours and activities. It helps me generate work reports and validate what has been done, as well as store information on activities, hours, holidays, and vacations.

  ### 35. Powerful, Reliable Tool for Managing Time and Financial Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter T. | Junior Technical Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

BigTime works very well on PC and feels stable for everyday use. I like being able to sort data by both budget item
and work code, which makes it easier to review project details. The summary view showing billability rate is also
very helpful for understanding performance at a glance. Overall, the ease of use, reporting visibility, and number
of features make it a strong tool for managing time and financial data.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

The main drawback for me is the mobile app. Compared to the desktop experience, the app feels less polished
and not as reliable for regular use. Improving the mobile experience would make it easier to work consistently
across devices and would better match the strength of the PC version.
4. For which purposes do you use BigTime?
Professional Services Automation

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime provides clear visibility into project budgets and billability by allowing flexible sorting and easy access to
financial summaries. This helps track performance more effectively and makes it easier to understand how work
is contributing to overall results.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review — we truly appreciate the depth of feedback you’ve provided. It’s great to hear that BigTime has been a reliable, stable tool for your day-to-day work on desktop, and that features like flexible sorting by budget item and work code, along with billability summaries, are helping you quickly understand project performance and financial impact.

We also value your candid perspective on the mobile experience. Hearing how it compares to the PC version — especially in terms of polish and reliability — gives us important context on where expectations aren’t yet aligned across devices. Feedback like this helps us better understand what consistency really means for professionals who rely on BigTime throughout their workday.

Thanks again for sharing how you’re using BigTime for professional services automation and for highlighting the visibility it provides into budgets, billability, and overall performance. Reviews like yours are incredibly valuable in helping us continue to strengthen the platform and ensure it supports informed decision-making across teams.

  ### 36. Mostly User-Friendly, With a Handy App for Submitting Hours

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like that it is mostly user-friendly and easy. I also like that there is an app I can use at home when I forget to submit my hours for the workday.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

The expenses submission is very confusing for everyone in our office.

"This is a non-billable expense.
This expense is non-reimbursable."

It is worded in a way that is not very user-friendly and causes a lot of errors and confusion internally.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes tracking time easy

  ### 37. Organized, User-Friendly, and Efficient Workflow with BigTime

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

What I like most about BigTime is how it centralizes time tracking and project management into one streamlined platform. It makes logging hours simple, quick, and consistent, which is extremely helpful during busy periods when accuracy matters. The interface is clean, organized, and intuitive enough that I can easily switch between jobs, review past entries, and stay on top of engagement codes without wasting time searching for information.

I also appreciate that BigTime improves workflow efficiency by reducing manual tracking and potential errors. Features like project visibility, time history, and approval flow make it easier to manage work and maintain accurate records for billing and review. Overall, it helps keep work structured and reduces administrative friction, allowing more focus on actual client work rather than tracking it.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

While BigTime is very useful overall, there are areas that could be improved from a user experience standpoint. At times the platform loads slowly or lags when switching between pages, especially when accessing reporting or searching through historical entries. Navigation could be more streamlined — certain functions require multiple clicks, and locating older entries or making edits sometimes feels less intuitive than expected.

In addition, reporting could benefit from greater customization flexibility. Although basic reports work well, more filtering options, data layouts, and export formatting choices would make analysis faster and reduce the need for manual adjustments outside the system. With improved speed, smoother navigation, and enhanced reporting capabilities, BigTime would become even more efficient and user-friendly.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime helps streamline the time tracking process, which reduces manual entry and improves accuracy across projects. Before using a centralized tool, timekeeping and project allocation could be scattered or difficult to track consistently. BigTime solves this by keeping client and engagement codes organized in one place, making it easier to record hours, review history, and ensure work is properly categorized.

This creates a more efficient workflow, supports accurate billing, and provides better visibility into how time is being spent. It also helps minimize errors, reduces back-and-forth clarifications, and saves time overall. With everything integrated, it becomes easier to stay current with time entry and maintain clean, reliable records for both internal use and client invoicing.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Reading through this, it’s clear BigTime has become a core part of how you organize work — from logging hours and managing engagements to keeping approvals and billing accurate when things get busy. That kind of consistency and structure is exactly what a centralized system should provide, so it’s good to hear it’s helping reduce friction and manual effort.

We also appreciate how clearly you outlined where the experience can feel heavier than it should. Performance slowdowns, extra clicks, and limits around reporting flexibility stand out more once the basics are working well, and your feedback puts useful detail around where those moments interrupt the flow.

Thanks for taking the time to share such a thoughtful, balanced perspective. Input like this helps us understand not just what BigTime does well today, but where refining speed, navigation, and reporting could make an already solid workflow even more effective.

  ### 38. Clear Project Visibility and Time Tracking in One Place

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiago E. | Visual Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like BigTime best for its clear project visibility and time tracking integrated in one place.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

One downside of BigTime is that some parts of the interface can feel a bit complex and not very intuitive at first. Also, it’s not responsive in mobile browsers .

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime solves the problem of managing time, projects, and billing in a single platform. Instead of tracking hours, budgets, and project progress in different tools or spreadsheets, everything is centralized.

  ### 39. Comprehensive PSA for project budgeting and performance visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

As an energy efficiency project manager, I find BigTime very practical. It is the most user friendly PSA platform I have used. I appreciate how hours billed, subcontractor invoices, expenses, and financial details are all integrated directly within each project. That eliminates the need to rely on external spreadsheets just to monitor budget status. The budgeting and forecasting tools are strong and make it easy to track planned versus actual hours, costs, and margins throughout the project lifecycle. I also value the customizable dashboards and reports, which provide real time visibility into utilization, profitability, and overall project performance.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are no major issues that impact daily project management. At times, configuring very detailed reports or
dashboards to match a specific management view can require some initial setup effort. However, once configured, the tools provide solid visibility and control across multiple projects.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime centralizes project financials, time tracking, subcontractor costs, and expense management into a single platform. It improves visibility into planned versus actual performance and eliminates the need for parallel spreadsheet tracking. This helps maintain better control over budgets, margins, and team utilization across multiple ongoing mandates.

  ### 40. Flexible project and time management with strong reporting capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

BigTime is easy to use for organizing multiple projects, including different disciplines within the same project, which makes time tracking clear for both my own work and for managing team members. Expense submissions are straightforward, and I like that different tax options are provided, and handled automatically. The ability to pull reports directly and customize report fields is also very helpful. Overall, the ease of use, strong reporting capabilities, number of features, and flexibility support both operational and project management workflows quite well.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

At times, timesheet entries can time out without a clear warning, and refreshing or saving the page can result in lost entries. Additionally, when searching for projects, the option to include inactive or completed projects does not always work as expected, sometimes requiring opening a new tab and navigating back to the projects page. These issues are occasional but can be disruptive.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime helps centralize project organization, time tracking, expenses, and reporting in one platform. This makes it easier to manage multiple projects, support team-level visibility, and generate customized reports without relying on separate tools.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Managing multiple projects, disciplines, and reporting needs in one place isn’t simple, so it’s encouraging to hear BigTime is supporting that level of flexibility — from time and expenses to reporting and tax handling. Having those pieces connected can make a real difference for both individual contributors and managers.

We appreciate you calling out the moments where that flow breaks down. Timeouts and inconsistent project search behavior can be disruptive, especially when you’re moving quickly between entries or reviewing work across active and completed projects. That kind of detail is important context for understanding where reliability matters most.

Thanks for sharing such a thorough perspective. Feedback like this helps reinforce what’s working well while also highlighting where the experience can be made more dependable day to day.

  ### 41. Centralized Timesheets and Expenses Make Work Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I appreciate having both timesheets and expense tracking integrated into one platform, as it keeps everything centralized and simple to manage. Submitting timesheets via the mobile app is especially convenient, particularly when working remotely. The auto invoice drafting feature is also valuable, as it streamlines billing and cuts down on manual work. Overall, the platform’s user-friendly design, robust functionality, and seamless integration of essential features make my daily tasks much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are a few aspects that could use improvement. For instance, having the ability to copy timesheet comments from one day to the next would save time on repetitive entries. Additionally, the mobile app sometimes encounters issues when submitting expense reports, and there is occasional lag that can slow down the process. Although these issues do not prevent daily use, addressing them would make the overall experience even smoother.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime combines time tracking, expense management, and invoicing in a single platform, which eliminates the hassle of juggling multiple tools. This integration streamlines the billing process, enhances visibility, and simplifies managing tasks, whether I'm working from a desktop or on a mobile device.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Bringing time, expenses, and invoicing together in one place can remove a lot of friction from the day — it’s great to hear that setup is helping you stay efficient whether you’re working from your desk or on the go. The mobile access and auto invoice drafting clearly play a big role in that.

We also appreciate how clearly you outlined what could work better. Repeating comments across days and occasional hiccups with mobile expense submissions are the kinds of details that matter when you’re using the platform every day, and calling them out helps us understand where the experience can feel slower than it should.

Thanks for sharing such a well-rounded view of how BigTime fits into your workflow. Feedback like this helps us keep refining the balance between powerful features and everyday usability.

  ### 42. Efficient Project Visibility with BigTime

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jewel H. | account manager + graphic designer

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I use BigTime for tracking time, budgets, and billing. I appreciate the great visibility it offers into the history of each project, helping me see the big picture and forecast future work. I like BigTime's ability for each person in the company to see the financial impact of their individual work, which helps us all understand our contribution to the company's bottom line. The simple charting within each project gives a quick overview of where the work stands and how much budget is left to finish a project. We've recently switched from other tools like FileMaker and Sage because BigTime combines the best features of those two solutions and continues to add valuable updates. I also found their support team to be helpful in resolving setup hiccups quickly.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I don't have any problems with BigTime.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigTime for tracking time, budgets, and billing, and it helps with project visibility and forecasting. It allows everyone to see their financial impact, and the simple charting quickly shows project status and budget remaining.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> Seeing the full picture — from time and budgets to billing and forecasting — is no small thing, so it’s great to hear BigTime is giving you that level of visibility across projects. When teams can clearly connect their individual work to financial outcomes, it changes how everyone engages with the work.

We also appreciate you calling out the project-level charting and the transition from other tools. Hearing that BigTime brings those pieces together in a way that works for your team — and that support was there when you needed it — means a lot.

Thanks for sharing such a detailed perspective. Feedback like this helps reinforce what’s working well and where BigTime delivers the most value.

I have found some tutorials on Bigtime and reports. I feel like I am not utilizing the application to its full extent. I am going to keep training.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I would like to see more options with the DASHBOARD - make it more customizable per user

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking is easy with our designers so that saves us time of having to keep up with it another way.

  ### 44. Clean, Intuitive Time Tracking with Fast Performance and Strong Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

The interface is clean and intuitive, making onboarding straightforward for new users. Navigation flows logically
between time tracking, project views, and reporting, which significantly reduces the learning curve. The platform
runs smoothly with minimal lag, and page loads are fast — especially important when logging time or pulling
reports under deadline pressure. Time entry is flexible and detailed, allowing hours to be logged against specific
projects, tasks, and budget categories. The built-in reporting tools provide strong visibility into budgets,
utilization rates, and billing status, and integrations with QuickBooks and Salesforce keep financial and project
data synchronized without manual effort.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are no major concerns in my experience. As the platform continues to evolve, additional customization
options or enhanced automation could further streamline workflows, but overall it performs reliably and meets
operational needs effectively.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime centralizes time tracking, project oversight, reporting, and financial integrations in one cohesive platform.
It improves visibility into budgets and utilization while reducing manual double-entry through system integrations,
ultimately increasing operational efficiency and reporting accuracy

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> This kind of detailed 5-star review really stands out. Thank you for taking the time to describe your experience so thoroughly.

It’s especially rewarding to see BigTime recognized not just for usability, but for performance, reporting depth, and integrations. When time tracking, financial visibility, and system synchronization work together smoothly, it has a real impact on operational efficiency. Feedback like yours reinforces the importance of keeping the platform both powerful and intuitive.

  ### 45. Software has its bright spots, but very buggy.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

We find the software very intuitive to use & navigate compared to other options we tried.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

The software is very buggy and support can be slow to address issues. Right now we have two open support tickets regarding issues that are affecting our outgoing invoices. One of them has been open for 6 months old and the other 16 months. In recent communication about the issue it became clear to us that they do not have any intentions to actually fix the issues. This is obviously frustrating because we do not like sending out invoices to our clients that have these sloppy errors prominently displayed.

2/28/25 Update: We are going through another cycle of billing and the errors in our invoices still persist. Will check in again.

4/4/25 Update: Another cycle of billing and our invoices continue going out with two different errors that have not been resolved. Will continue occasionally checking in to share our experience.

8/8/25 Update: It is been a while, but I thought the two year anniversary for one of our outstanding support tickets was a good time to check back in. We are still in the queue for attention to be paid to the aforementioned bugs in our original review.

3/4/26 - Just wanted to check-in to further update that the aforementioned issues still plague our invoices. I will reiterate that BigTime does some things well. However, use our experience and timeline here as an example of the company can be more focused on rolling out new features than they are driven to make sure that current features are working as well as they should be.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office invoicing, time tracking, project planning, project time tracking / reports.

**Official Response from Anna S.:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that BigTime’s ease of use and navigation are valuable to you. However, we’re sorry to learn about your experience with support and the complications with invoicing. Your input is valuable, and we’ll use it to improve both our responsiveness and the effectiveness of our features. If there’s anything specific you’d like us to address, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

  ### 46. BigTime: Clean Design, Reliable Performance, and Great User Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

What I like about BigTime:
1. Site design is very clean and easy to use
2. Functionality is strong. I've never had a problem submitting information, nor do I recall any unplanned outages.
3. I actually think you communicate well with users. Always let us know when there is an update coming or an outage. I always feel like I'm in the loop and there are no surprises, which is good.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

1. One possible improvement for timesheets (mostly what I use BT for) would be to routinely carry over any line items (cases) that have hours billed to them from week to week, and don't carry over those that have no time billed. I thought this was the default setting, but if so it seems like this is inconsistent.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps solve the problem of efficiently and clearly tracking and billing time for our consulting business.

  ### 47. Big Time Admin Users Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like that it seamlessly streams with QuickBooks for all of my accounting. I also love the reports I can quickly get that are very useful in project management. I.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

That it is really hard to get in contact with a human to discuss quick things.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime has helped my keep my invoicing up to date and accurate.

  ### 48. Efficient weekly time tracking with helpful Favorites feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I appreciate how easy it is to submit time, especially with the ability to maintain last week’s job headings so I
don’t have to recreate them each time. The option to clear unused headings is also very helpful and keeps my
timesheet organized. I also really like the “Favorites” feature, which makes it easy to quickly access certain
reports. Overall, the ease of use, intuitive layout, and helpful reporting tools make daily time tracking
straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I would like to see a feature that allows entering start and end clock times and automatically calculating the total
time spent on a task. Currently, I have to calculate the hours manually before entering them, which adds an extra
step. An automatic calculation option would improve efficiency and reduce the chance of small entry errors.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime streamlines weekly time tracking by carrying forward job headings and allowing quick access to
frequently used reports. This reduces repetitive setup, improves organization, and supports consistent and
efficient time entry.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> The idea of being able to enter start and end times and have the system calculate totals automatically is a thoughtful one. Small efficiencies like that can remove extra mental steps and reduce the risk of minor errors — especially when you’re entering time regularly. Suggestions like this are incredibly helpful because they focus on real workflow improvements.

At the same time, it’s great to see how features like Favorites, carried-forward job headings, and the ability to clear unused rows are supporting your weekly routine. Reducing repetition and keeping reports within quick reach makes time tracking far more manageable over the long run.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such specific feedback. Earning a 4-star review while also receiving constructive ideas is exactly the kind of partnership that helps us continue refining BigTime in meaningful ways.

  ### 49. Well Thought Out Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

Bigtime has all of the core functionality for time keeping and expense reporting while also being as user friendly as possible.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Some opportunity to improve asthetics of the product, but overall functionally sound.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time keeping and expense reporting. Keeps us from manually tracking or from having to buy an overengineered product for a straightforward use case.

  ### 50. User friendly time and expense tracking with helpful submission indicators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about BigTime?**

I like how easy it is to input hours for each day, and the overall UI makes daily time entry straightforward. Being
able to group expenses into a single entry works well for the type of expensing I do. I also appreciate the locking
icons after submitting a timesheet, which clearly show it has been submitted, along with the reminders to submit
when needed. Overall, the ease of use, intuitive layout, and practical submission workflow make it efficient for
regular use.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

There are a couple usability issues that could be improved. When entering text in the memo field before adding
hours, the memo can reset if hours are not entered first, which disrupts workflow. It would be helpful if the memo
could be saved independently. Additionally, there was an instance where I submitted hours under the wrong
category due to rows shifting without notice, which can lead to mistakes.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime simplifies daily time and expense tracking with a clean interface and helpful submission indicators. The
ability to group expenses and clearly see when timesheets are locked improves organization and reduces
uncertainty in the submission process.

**Official Response from Filip Zioła:**

> A 5-star review like this truly means a lot — especially when it comes with such detailed observations. It’s clear you’re using BigTime thoughtfully, and it’s great to see how features like grouped expenses, visual submission indicators, and reminders are supporting your day-to-day work.

At the same time, you’ve highlighted some very specific workflow moments — like memo fields resetting or rows shifting — that can disrupt focus. Those kinds of details are incredibly valuable because they show us exactly where the experience can feel less steady than it should.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough review. We’re grateful for the trust behind a 5-star rating, and equally grateful for the clarity in your feedback.
