BigCommerce continues to evolve and improve. We haven't had any significant issues; some small incidents have occurred, but the website and checkout were not affected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest challenge we’ve faced is maintaining customizations when updating themes, specifically the home page. It would be great if there were more product collections available such as customer browsing history, related to your search, etc. If BigCommerce offered tools to manage theme file updates, allowing changes to be merged or “version-controlled”, we could upgrade our site design without manual rework or risk of losing important modifications. Big Commerce's user interface was, BY FAR, the easiest that I've used. It integrated easily with our ERP system and makes returns a breeze. It's secure and weeds out fraudulent orders exceptionally well. Because of it's integration with Zonos, we are able to ship around the world easily and accurately. I love how much is out-of-box with regard to curated services. While competitors offer large ecosystems of apps, we find that more time is spent regretting our apps whereas BigCommerce is very buttoned up. Less to worry about. The custom service is incredible.
