# Which property intelligence tools provide the most accurate and current property and sales data?

ApartmentIQ / Market Surveys: Daily data updates are the most specifically documented data currency feature in the category. The public-data-only model avoids the legal risks of non-public data and provides a transparent, auditable data source.

BatchData: Continuously updated and validated data from 12+ sources with proprietary enrichment for accuracy and deduplication is the stated architecture. The combination of multiple source feeds and proprietary normalization processes addresses the accuracy gap that single-source property databases create when county records are inconsistent.

BatchLeads: BatchRank AI targets properties more likely to sell by analysing distress indicators, ownership signals, and transaction history.

Using publicly available listing data avoids the compliance risks of non-public data access.

What was the error type (classification, date, ownership, valuation), which platform produced it, and what was the operational consequence of the inaccuracy?

<p>"Current" can mean two different things here: how recently the source was re-pulled, or how quickly a closed sale actually appears. Daily updates can still mean a comp that's 60 days stale if the county takes that long to record the deed; the vendor is refreshing promptly from a source that isn't. That's why a daily-refresh claim and a fast-comp claim need to be checked separately. Anyone who's been burned: was it a stale record, or a wrong one?</p>
