What do you like best about BigCommerce?

Great technical assistance , we recently had a card attacking incident and we were given some good advice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigCommerce?

If there was an option to block a specific users email from attempting abandoned orders when checking if credit cards work , this would be great as an extra fraud protection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?

BigCommerce makes it easy to build and maintain a website. Their templates and web design tools remove the need to have coding skills. Their pricing is also competitive in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigCommerce?

It doesn't integrate as easily as Shopify with some tools making it impossible to implement some strategies. Customer support can be an issue if you have a team because to contact customer support they need to have the owners account pin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
