What I like best about BigAnt is that it combines team messaging, task coordination, and file sharing in a single platform. The interface is straightforward and easy to understand, which makes onboarding simple even for users who are not very technical.
Features like group chats, announcements, and basic task tracking help keep team communication organized and reduce dependency on multiple tools. It works well for day-to-day internal communication, especially for small to mid-sized teams that need a centralized collaboration space and i had the advantage of using it for a while in my company. Overall, BigAnt is practical, easy to use, and helps keep conversations and updates structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation of BigAnt is that some advanced features feel basic compared to more established collaboration platforms. Customization options are limited, and the UI could feel more modern and polished.
Integration with third-party tools is available but not as extensive as larger ecosystems, which can be a challenge for teams already using many external apps. Occasionally, performance can slow down when handling large files or long chat histories. Improving advanced integrations and enhancing the overall UI experience would make the product stronger. Other than that i loved it overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
