I was surprised at how intuitive the application is and its LDAP integration allows us to have better account control, excellent for group conversations. **What do you dislike about BigAnt?** Some team members complained about its simple graphical interface, but for me it's fine. **Recommendations to others considering BigAnt:** If you are looking for an easy-to-use software that allows you to communicate without problems, this is your software. **What problems is BigAnt solving and how is that benefiting you?** This application has allowed us to integrate both experts and newbies in the management of communication software, due to its simplicity and convenience, sometimes we use it to transmit information in a simple way. ### 28. So messaging without the necessary use of the internet has greatly improved the speed with which work orders are issued and fulfilled. ### 32.
