**What do you like best about Base?**

Easy to use.  I don't run reports, but they are very professional and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Base?**

Very different format from previous software, it did take some time to lean and customize, which we expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Base:**

Nice product, easy to use and customize.

**What problems is Base solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping with client software, keeping things private and confidential.  Keeping in touch with our clients with text messages and proactive contacts works perfect.

**What do you like best about Base?**

Older salesmen seem to get the hang of this better than programs like Salesforce. Its layout is a bit more straightforward, and as an admin I had more capabilities to correct mistakes.

**What do you dislike about Base?**

It doesn't do a lot for data analysis. Salesforce gives us a lot more info about what our salesmen are up to and the dollars attached to their work.

**What problems is Base solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It kept contact lists organized, which was helpful for email blasts. It also helped our older salesmen buy into transitioning into technology solutions.
