All branch information is in one central place. Photos and posts can be published one-shot on all Google pages. This is a great time-saver for us. We also handle our Google reviews via the Review Management + module. With approx. 4,000 reviews each month, Partoo greatly alleviates the workload. We are able to programme automatic replies for all the reviews without comments (star ratings only) and we use their IA as a basis for the remaining reviews. The IA suggests up to 3 personnalized replies which we can adapt or enrichen if need be. Again, this is a great time-saver for our team. ### 3. We were given some easy instructions, how to improve out e reputation. Especially our store staff, who has been managing several acocunts on Google my Business, Apple maps, Bing etc. save a lot of time and are very happy to use this time on customers walking into the stores. In addition we finally have a good way to analyze and improve KPIs like average ratings, answer rate of reviews and so on. regularly **What do you dislike about Partoo?** There is not much to dislike about Partoo. The only thing would be that we could sometimes use a german speaking support for our german speaking stores. But since the do offer customer support in english and french, we still get all our issues solved quickly **What problems is Partoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have more than 70 different stores all over switzerland in 3 different languages. Before Partoo, every single store was managing its Google My Business Account more or less by itself, only guided by a few guidelines we gave them. With Partoo we can now centralize all the marketing activities and edit them from the headquarters with no additional menpower. The Store Staff safes time, since partoo has a very easy to use and intuitive app to edit all the important store information, that gets diffused to several plattforms. So our Store Staff has more time to support incoming customers and our online presence is better. Another problem before was, that we were not really able (without a lot of ressources) to measure, how good we were doing in the completion of our accounts and answering reviews and so on. Since partoo we can now show our stores where to improve to be more visible for customers, because we do exactly know, which store has better wor worse KPIs ### 27.
