**What do you like best about BankruptcyWatch?**

Having a one-stop shop to take care of our bankruptcy needs has been a time saver to our workload.  It is a simple process that is easy to use, navigate, and it is aesthetically pleasing.  It is no longer a hassle to file a proof of claim when needed for a chapter 13 bankruptcy case compared to using the CM/ECF website itself.  Bankruptcy Watch/Scrub notifies us of all the important events on a bankruptcy case such as: filed, dismissed, which chapter, etc.  We are grateful to have found such a useful tool for our company to use!

**What do you dislike about BankruptcyWatch?**

As Bankruptcy Watch/Scrub takes care of 95% of our needs, it will be nice when the integration has taken place to be informed of particular events in a bankruptcy case that do happen, but very seldom.

**What problems is BankruptcyWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to navigate several states' bankruptcy filing requirements and websites can be confusing.  BankruptcyWatch has solved this issue for us by having a one-stop shop to file and be notified of bankruptcy proceedings as needed.

**What do you like best about BankruptcyWatch?**

I love being able to file our proofs of claim daily from one site with just a couple clicks of the mouse.

**What do you dislike about BankruptcyWatch?**

Scrub returns old case filings that predate the customer account with us.  I don't need to see those, but they can be filtered out easily.

**What problems is BankruptcyWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to stay up to date on our customer case filings without spending a lot of time searching Pacer.
