I don't like the most recent upgrade to the page layout. As far as features - I don't like that there is no way to recall a message that you've sent to a job applicant. Convenient and easy to get around, with a friendly look and feel. It’s very efficient, and everything has a place; it’s well organized, and support is available if needed. It’s web-based, which makes it even more user-friendly. It also works well with the other programs I use on a daily basis. The features that stood out to me as especially smart are the People section and the Time Off sections. I love the AI intelligent interface it seems to have on the site. I use BambooHR because it lets me handle many work-related tasks without needing to contact HR directly. I appreciate how I can request PTO, vacation, or sick leave without the hassle of having to do paperwork or go into the office, and I can do it all remotely. I like being able to view my company's employee directory and contact coworkers, sign work documents electronically, and see my pay information or tax documents all in one spot. I like BambooHR's simplistic UI and ease of navigation, which makes managing my leave and finding relevant contact information a breeze. It's also helpful for allowing leave requests, getting clear on my leave days, and contacting employees after hours in emergencies. The integration with Slack makes it easy to notify people of leave requests, approvals, and finding contact details quickly. Additionally, being onboarded to BambooHR was very easy and simple. The Slack integration is really helpful. I can check employee statuses directly in Slack, and I can also see celebrations there so I don’t miss any. Off requests are simple too—just one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, I don’t like how the benefits application works. I’m not sure if it’s because of our company’s setup, but when I want to apply for gym reimbursement, I have to upload an image of receipt to my folder first. Then the person responsible for approving it needs to check my uploads folder, because I can’t upload it anywhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use BambooHR for my HRIS, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, communication, and eNPS. It makes it easy to keep all of our information in one place, process payroll, and handle benefits enrollment, which makes the day to day work of HR much easier. The platform is very customizable and user friendly. I am able to create fields to capture the data I want to help my organization. The customer service can't be beat, they are always available to quickly solve any problem I may have. It also integrates easily with other platforms like recognition and insurance.
