# Which AI development services transfer the model and knowledge to the client rather than retaining control?

Chetu and Algoworks are both real, well-reviewed AI development firms. Honest note though, none of the reviews I can see explicitly speak to a knowledge-transfer-versus-retained-control business model, that&#39;s a contractual and process question, so I&#39;d raise it directly with any firm you&#39;re evaluating and get it in writing rather than assume it from reviews.
