**What do you like best about babelforce?**

I appreciate babelforce for its robust automation capabilities, which significantly streamline our operations. The automated call routing ensures that our contact center operations are efficient, directing inquiries to the right agents without manual intervention. The workflow automation is another standout feature, allowing us to automate repetitive tasks and thus improve our team's productivity. Additionally, the integration of IVR call bots helps in enhancing customer interaction by providing precise and quick responses, further improving our service efficiency. The tool's ability to seamlessly integrate with CRM and other business software enhances our operational synergy, ensuring that data flows smoothly across different platforms, which is vital for our business processes.

**What do you dislike about babelforce?**

I dislike the complexity of the user interface and find pricing transparency to be lacking. Additionally, I am frustrated by the challenges in reporting and analytics, which do not meet my needs effectively. The initial setup was straightforward, but maintaining synchronization between Babelforce and external software, especially when automation synchronization is not fully supported, is challenging. Furthermore, integrating aspects like single sign-on, user synchronization, and managing complex permissions is complex and time-consuming.

Babelforce simplifies complex contact center setups with seamless CRM integration, automates call routing and workflows, but poses challenges in user synchronization and offers complex reporting analytics.

**What do you like best about babelforce?**

Babelforce provides us with the interfaces to Zendesk and Microsoft Teams, thus we have very simple interfaces to all areas of the company. The Teams integration was part of our requirements list and was provided by Babelforce within the planned timeframe. The basic structure of the system is also an absolute advantage.

**What do you dislike about babelforce?**

Back then, during the onboarding, I would have wished for more targeted support. The employees at Babelforce were very eager to assist us, but the pure project planning could have been better from both sides.

**What problems is babelforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At that time, we once had the system fail due to the providers. Babelforce immediately assigned colleagues to solve the problem. This solution was achieved within the given framework.

**What do you like best about babelforce?**

The software is very easy to use and handle. It brings in itself various features that are helpful to me. Queue Management, Call Management and Call recording are some of the most used features by me. The best part about it, is that it is an cloud based software, so it is easily assesssible to me.

**What do you dislike about babelforce?**

The quality of the call and the quality of the recorded calls is not good. Please try to improve the call quality.

I am able to interact with my customers directly through calls and record their calls whenever required. The queue ticketing system of the bableforce is extreamly useful. When I am not available to receive the call, it has an automated voice response that helps me a lot.

**What do you like best about babelforce?**

We are using Zendesk in our organisation and have been on the saerch for a phone system which cooperates in the best way with Zendesk. Babelforce fills all the needs we have in regards to Zendesk and offers even more valuable solutions to drive and grow our business. We are very impressed by the possible solutions Babelfore can offer.
Furthermore the cooperation with the Babelforce team is a real enrichment for us. The team is very straight forward, very effective and offers solutions in the best way and last but lot least the cooperation is a lot of fun.

Honestly there is actually nothing what we dislike. Neither about the system nor about the team.

Babelforce will enable us to focus on our strategic important customers and deliver them an optimal service.
Due to automatisms and assistants we will free up customer service resources which we then will use to support sales campaigns and grow our business

This is an amazing technology.It help us to lower the burden on agents.IVR call bots really to lower the agent handling time.You can use autobot to put your business customer service in auto mode.It's really helpful on weekends.

**What do you like best about babelforce?**

I love that it is so easy to use and handle! The software works on no-code base, therefore you don't need to be a pro to set it up. Also, you get all the support you need. I love the amazing tools it comes with, such as integrating it into other systems like Zendesk, SAP and so on!

**What do you dislike about babelforce?**

So far you can't import/export call flows, which would make things a bit easier at some points. :)

**What problems is babelforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps structurizing the support through call flows; it gives amazing AI-based answers, so there is no real person needed for many different use-cases. Therefore it's time and money saving plus useful for the customer. An absolute win-win!

I use babelforce for years as a provider for Nordic phone numbers - and it works smoothly

**What do you dislike about babelforce?**

Well, I sometimes think I am quite a basic user, so the amount of possible features is a bit overwhelming, but there is always some help I can get from them directly

**What problems is babelforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While working with Scandinavian / Nordics customers I wanted my company to be reachable under local land line phone numbers, to be "mentally closer" to local customers

Babelforce has given us flexibility and control over how we work with our phone setup, whether for inbound or outbound calls. It easily integrates with our ticketing system and the support we have received for additional requests or product development, along with general questions, has always been great.

Whilst there is complexity in setting up the more advanced features, the support provided to us helped ease this

Babelforce provide us with high quality phone connections for our various markets around the world. They also provide our automated outbound dialler that allows us to connect with our customers proactively. Bableforce is a one stop shop when it comes to a telephony service. With their support, we have created an easy to manage system that is perfectly integrated with Zendesk. The support team is great and always happy to help, even with a smile.

**What do you dislike about babelforce?**

I would not say there are any downsides to using Bableforce at all. It was rather complicated to set up but again, the support we have received has been awesome. Their help center has also improved a lot making it easier to look for solutions ourselves.

With Bableforce, reporting is very in depth which has been fantastic. Everything is possible.

Automating business calls with IVR call bots helps reduce agent handling time and move the manual routine processes to automation. Babelforce also increases business revenues by retaining big parties and freeing up customer care automatically as per the business needs.

The software can be a bit laggy at times. Else, it is useful for business needs and helps increasing LTV of customers

The best part is the ease of navigating through this product whenever we need to attend phone calls, group meets or schedule one. The UI is simple and quite professional. We can access the calls and messages through either our business phones or computers.

**What do you dislike about babelforce?**

The video conferencing services need to improve a bit, since we face lack of background options to cover up like GMeet or zoom, but we are more inclined towards the business side so we still prefer this product.

This software solves the task of keeping a track of meets we are scheduled for the day, and auto suggests the slots available for convenience of our meets. The reminder system helps us manage our work efficiently.

Installation turn around time is bit more is what I feel.

It is providing you with cloud communication platforms which is used worldwide so it is easy to implement and start working with. It doesn't take much time for my employees to learn as it very easy to understand the process.
