What do you like best about babelforce?

I appreciate babelforce for its robust automation capabilities, which significantly streamline our operations. The automated call routing ensures that our contact center operations are efficient, directing inquiries to the right agents without manual intervention. The workflow automation is another standout feature, allowing us to automate repetitive tasks and thus improve our team's productivity. Additionally, the integration of IVR call bots helps in enhancing customer interaction by providing precise and quick responses, further improving our service efficiency. The tool's ability to seamlessly integrate with CRM and other business software enhances our operational synergy, ensuring that data flows smoothly across different platforms, which is vital for our business processes. What do you dislike about babelforce?

I dislike the complexity of the user interface and find pricing transparency to be lacking. Additionally, I am frustrated by the challenges in reporting and analytics, which do not meet my needs effectively. The initial setup was straightforward, but maintaining synchronization between Babelforce and external software, especially when automation synchronization is not fully supported, is challenging. Furthermore, integrating aspects like single sign-on, user synchronization, and managing complex permissions is complex and time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is true, our strength lies in the rich routing as well as automation capabilities, be it in common CRM systems or any system of record you may use.

I am happy to say that we are also seeing the reporting and analytics part as an area of improvement and are currently working on new services in this regard (for reporting, new KPI data as well as a richer babelDesk monitoring tool).

Regarding audio quality - we work with multiple trusted carriers, and have a strict review process in place so that whenever problems occur, our team can immediately investigate the call path, identify the root cause, and make adjustments to help prevent the issue from recurring. What do you like best about babelforce?

Babelforce provides us with the interfaces to Zendesk and Microsoft Teams, thus we have very simple interfaces to all areas of the company. The Teams integration was part of our requirements list and was provided by Babelforce within the planned timeframe. The basic structure of the system is also an absolute advantage. The software is very easy to use and handle. It brings in itself various features that are helpful to me. Queue Management, Call Management and Call recording are some of the most used features by me. The best part about it, is that it is an cloud based software, so it is easily assesssible to me. What do you like best about babelforce?

We are using Zendesk in our organisation and have been on the saerch for a phone system which cooperates in the best way with Zendesk. Babelforce fills all the needs we have in regards to Zendesk and offers even more valuable solutions to drive and grow our business. We are very impressed by the possible solutions Babelfore can offer.

What do you like best about babelforce?

I love that it is so easy to use and handle! The software works on no-code base, therefore you don't need to be a pro to set it up. Also, you get all the support you need. I love the amazing tools it comes with, such as integrating it into other systems like Zendesk, SAP and so on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the export option, happy to announce that we do have the option to download call flow versions (in JSON format).

This feature is available via API and will, in the near future, be made available via our Manager interface.
