What do you like best about babelforce?

I appreciate babelforce for its robust automation capabilities, which significantly streamline our operations. The automated call routing ensures that our contact center operations are efficient, directing inquiries to the right agents without manual intervention. The workflow automation is another standout feature, allowing us to automate repetitive tasks and thus improve our team's productivity. Additionally, the integration of IVR call bots helps in enhancing customer interaction by providing precise and quick responses, further improving our service efficiency. The tool's ability to seamlessly integrate with CRM and other business software enhances our operational synergy, ensuring that data flows smoothly across different platforms, which is vital for our business processes. What do you dislike about babelforce?

I dislike the complexity of the user interface and find pricing transparency to be lacking. Additionally, I am frustrated by the challenges in reporting and analytics, which do not meet my needs effectively. The initial setup was straightforward, but maintaining synchronization between Babelforce and external software, especially when automation synchronization is not fully supported, is challenging. Furthermore, integrating aspects like single sign-on, user synchronization, and managing complex permissions is complex and time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is true, our strength lies in the rich routing as well as automation capabilities, be it in common CRM systems or any system of record you may use.

I am happy to say that we are also seeing the reporting and analytics part as an area of improvement and are currently working on new services in this regard (for reporting, new KPI data as well as a richer babelDesk monitoring tool).
