Avius surveys offers both real time and delayed (email) survey options, the surveys are 3 types at counter selected from a small screen/tab, fun involved gesture survey and the last for those busy runners they can leave survey at their convenience based on recent visits or registrered details etc.

There is nothing about Avius survey thats not to like about, however there should be more options like SMS poll survey and email survey or a telephonic survey option right after order placement, checkout etc.

We do not have any kind of problem or inconvenience regarding the functionality of this system because the results obtained were as expected, for this reason we love the functionality of this tool as well as being very simple, it only has the systems to create, design, improve or send the surveys, in turn download it possibly use another very wide different survey submission tool.

It's good how it allows you to design the surveys, but the Avius team can reorient it for you. I don't know if this is an advantage or a disadvantage since it can limit your creative part. However, the objective of this service is for the surveys to be well designed. Additionally, the price may seem a bit high for small businesses.

Initially, our work team tried Avius to see how well-oriented our surveys could be. However, we found it better to hire another service where we can direct the survey questions ourselves. In other words, despite the price and the advice Avius could provide, we find it to be excessively high. Therefore, we have opted for a different option like Surveymonkey.

The tool itself allows us real time feedback from our guests, which we can implement follow up action plans, ensuring that guest compliments and critical feedback are dealt with accordingly.  I appreciate the business relation that our property has with Avius as they are always thoughtful to our dynamic guest setting and frequently suggest ideas for helping us to capture valuable guest data.

Some of our first generation equipment is reaching its lifespan.  The older models do tend to be a bit clunky from a touch screen perspective, but we are looking forward to incorporating the newer tablets into our company.

The data captured is allowing us to evolve the future of our guest experience at our property.  From the data, we were able to identify key components that guests are craving from our attraction. We use Avius surveys to collect demographic information from our visitors, we use this data to support our data analysis for grant applications for the Museum. 
We like that we can change questions, have multiple surveys scheduled depending on the event.
