The live reporting dashboard stands out as the most helpful feature. It provides instant access to feedback, making it easy to identify trends and address issues before they escalate. I also find the ability to customize surveys and questions for different settings extremely valuable.

While Avius Surveys is generally a solid platform, I find that the reporting tools could be more sophisticated. Customizing reports to fit my exact needs sometimes requires extra effort. The mobile experience, although functional, doesn't match the smoothness of the desktop dashboard and can feel somewhat limited, especially when I want to explore data in more depth while on the move. Another drawback is the cost—depending on the number of locations or kiosks required, expenses can add up quickly.
