
We've been using this software for a few years now and the software and the support team have provided consistent improvements we needed and the technical and account support has been excellent. There are multiple integration options. Their CONNECT API works very well and is easy to integrate with. The excel integration is also easy to use and most useful for some of our smaller 3PLs that cannot do an integration. We run a 3PL site with many customers so our requirements can very quite a lot from customer to customer. Avectous has consistently added features to improve and expand the self service configuration -- which is important to a 3PL like us.
The RF integration and integration with a robotics solution are also excellent and have made a huge difference to our success.
Bringing on new customers that have a large standard OMS (i.e. Shopify or similar) or that have in-house API integration skills has become quite easy through the CONNECT API, or when using a middleware partner like OrderDesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are only a couple of places we can't do self-service, such as configuring new parcel carrier accounts and ship service levels (the WMS does automated manifesting of shipping labels for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).
