Excellent WMS for small, medium, or large enterprises, well supported, multiple integration choices **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025 **What do you like best about Avectous?** We've been using this software for a few years now and the software and the support team have provided consistent improvements we needed and the technical and account support has been excellent. There are multiple integration options. Their CONNECT API works very well and is easy to integrate with. The excel integration is also easy to use and most useful for some of our smaller 3PLs that cannot do an integration. We run a 3PL site with many customers so our requirements can very quite a lot from customer to customer. Avectous has consistently added features to improve and expand the self service configuration -- which is important to a 3PL like us. The RF integration and integration with a robotics solution are also excellent and have made a huge difference to our success. Bringing on new customers that have a large standard OMS (i.e. Shopify or similar) or that have in-house API integration skills has become quite easy through the CONNECT API, or when using a middleware partner like OrderDesk. **What do you dislike about Avectous?** There are only a couple of places we can't do self-service, such as configuring new parcel carrier accounts and ship service levels (the WMS does automated manifesting of shipping labels for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc). But upon request, these can be completed by Avectous support quickly, typically in 24 to 48 hours. **What problems is Avectous solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avectous added support for "serialized" inventory last year. This has allowed us to expand to clients that ship and track to individual serialized unit. Whether its for inventory, picking, and/or packing if needed. I Like being able to monitor picking tasks as well as verifying locations for each sku. Another major key is reallocating product to desired locations. **What do you dislike about Avectous?** There seems to be some resets during Updates. I dislike the software glitches at times. This seems to happen during the busier seasons. **What problems is Avectous solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avectous has helped us keep track of picking errors such as; mis-picked items, wrongfully picked quantities, and tracking management. Avectous has also helped us during investigations. When investigating an order's, we can go back and see the time and date of which an order was picked. ### 3. The employees of Avectous are true partners, working tirelessly to understand the client's business and crafting a solution that is as straight forward as the company's needs require. And they make themselves available off hours, off days to implement new code and ensure that the client is maximizing their up hours and productivity. 2. Avectous is infinitely flexible, allowing a client to blueprint an integrated warehouse management system with as much or little automation, checks as balances as the client wishes. **What do you dislike about Avectous?** 1. Because Avectous is infinitely customizeable, documentation is something that either has to be assigned to the client or to Avectous but because it is not the same for any two clients, it needs a responsible party. 2. Because Avectous is infinitely customizeable, testing scenarios are unique for each client and need to be assigned to a responsible party and maintained as the Avectous system continues to expand. **What problems is Avectous solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avectous allowed two ERPs to integrate with one warehouse and code for differences in ERP and allow uniformity in the warehouse. ### 4. The application has allows us to greatly improve our same day fulfillment rates and meet customer demands. The inventory control mechanisms have allowed us to automate cycle counting and completely eliminate annual physical counts for clients.
