
Been using the services of AYD for several months now. It started with the use case of the chatbot talking to the DB, but since I am not a techie I rely on the chatbot almost daily to manage the DB, make changes , upgrades, data manipulation. I tried several other services but came back to them as they clearly matured the offering. Also, super quick to reply and quite flexible and collaborative. I honestly enjoy a personalized customer service than working with a large faceless corporate, hope they grow but somehow stay personal. There is nothing much to setup the whole thing really, just the supabase creds and you are in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They really could make use of a graphic designer to sharpen up the look and feel. Not sure if its intentional, but you can tell this is a company of technical folks. That was also clear in getting the integration done, I felt you had to be a techie to make it work, so a I don't know maybe more detailed instructions for different levels of knowledge can help.
