AskElephant significantly increases our ability to serve our customers. We end every call knowing exactly what we need to do, the right folks get notified, potential areas of concern are made known to our sales leadership... it's actually pretty wild. It's like someone joins every call, obsesses over every detail, and then updates what needs to be updated in our CRM while it also notifies the right people about the right things. We win more deals because of it, our CRM is more accurate and up to date. We get notified of everything that matters in slack immediately. It's now one of those things that we can't live without. Oh, and the team keeps pushing out workflows for new use-cases everyday. It's almost too many workflows that I need - I can't keep on top of it. Support is quick, it is easy to use... I use it multiple times everyday and then it automatically provides value throughout the day for our whole team. Worth every dollar and then some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that their workflow capability doesn't have a search functionality. Sometimes it is hard to see what is there and in the library, but I am sure that downside will be fixed pretty quickly. They move super fast!
Oh, one other downside - the workflow building could be a little bit easier. It is not hard per se, but it does take some getting use to (~20 minutes of training). I wish they had a Youtube or self-serve way to learn how to build workflows. Maybe they do and I just haven't seen it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
