By having the possibility to choose and add additional modules AskCody can be an one stop shop for their clients. **What do you dislike about AskCody?** We have been working with Welcome+ from AskCody for a couple of months now and so far there is nothing we dislike. **What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Welcome+ from AskCody we now have a visitor management system that can register and welcome our visitors in a professional and user friendly way. Furthermore the system allows that the hosts are informed of the arrival of their visitor without any interference of the receptionist. The system also informs our visitors about the house rules in the building which beforehand was difficult to do. ### 2. I've tried a few different products and this was exactly what we needed to advance our business. **What do you dislike about AskCody?** I didn't like that the user interface was hard to follow and there was a learning curve. **Recommendations to others considering AskCody:** Don't give up if the user interface is difficult! Just keep trying, it's worth it! **What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping with customer issues and scaling our business. Visitor management was a big issue for us but they make it easy. ### 3. Multi tasking at it's best for administrative work. **What do you dislike about AskCody?** The website has a flaw on mobile version for the drop down hamburger menu on the right, does not select what you want it to instead just closes the window. **What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better communication between the workers and a clear overview of what needs to get done by who and when and for what purpose.
