The practical evaluation is scenario-based: a worker leaves mid-season, so how fast is their mobile access revoked, and what happens on shared devices at the barn? Can you see who changed a treatment record? Those answers exist or they don&#39;t, and they predict your actual risk better than the missing certificate does.&lt;/p&gt;
