What is AppsFlyer, and what problem is it built to solve?

AppsFlyer is a marketing cloud that helps businesses make complex marketing data clearer and more useful. It addresses silos across measurement, deep linking, data collaboration, and autonomous AI workflows.

What languages does AppsFlyer support?

AppsFlyer supports 8 languages: Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

What company sizes and industries is AppsFlyer the best fit for?

AppsFlyer is most represented among small-business and mid-market users, with enterprise teams represented as well. Reviewer industries cluster in the following areas:
  • Company size: Small businesses and mid-market companies, with enterprise users also present.
  • Industries: Financial services and marketing and advertising.
  • Other represented industries: Retail and computer games.

How long does it take to implement AppsFlyer across a team?

Implementation reports most often fall within a month, though the time depends on the setup and scope. Some teams report going live in under a day, while others take one to three months.

What customer support options does AppsFlyer provide, and how do users find the overall support experience?

AppsFlyer provides support through email/help desk, chat, and phone, with 24/7 live-rep support. The experience can be helpful and knowledgeable, especially during setup and troubleshooting, but response and resolution times are uneven; some users describe slow ticket follow-up or difficulty getting timely help.

What is the experience like for teams switching to AppsFlyer from another tool?

Teams have moved to AppsFlyer from other mobile measurement, attribution, and deep-linking tools, including Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava, and Firebase. The move has been driven by needs such as more reliable attribution, stronger fraud detection, richer analytics, and a more unified view across channels. Users also describe the transition as requiring careful setup, with complexity varying by integrations and tracking requirements.

What tools and platforms does AppsFlyer integrate with, and how do these integrations help users get more value from the product?

AppsFlyer offers 24 integrations, spanning advertising, analytics, and mobile marketing partners.
  • Advertising and media: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Reddit for Business.
  • Analytics and data: Databricks, Google Cloud BigQuery, Microsoft Power BI, Mixpanel, and Tableau.
  • Mobile marketing and partner tools: Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, RevenueCat, Trackier, and Swaarm.
These connections bring campaign and app performance data together, support postbacks to advertising partners, and can reduce manual work reconciling results across separate tools.

What features or capabilities could make AppsFlyer even more useful?

AppsFlyer could be more useful with simpler workflows and more flexible reporting. Recurring improvement opportunities include:
  • Simpler navigation and onboarding: Make advanced features easier to discover, with clearer in-product guidance for new users.
  • More flexible reporting: Expand dashboard customization, charting, filters, exports, and automated report generation.
  • More unified views: Make it easier to compare web and app activity, platforms, and media-source results in one place.
  • Clearer, faster data workflows: Improve report loading and data updates, and make it easier to investigate discrepancies across systems.

"Easy-to-Learn UI with Time-Saving Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

Deeplink management and overall UI usage experience is very easy to learn and use. The Dashboards are also relatively simple and easily accessible. The wide range of integrations available save a lot of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

the Dashboards while easy to use, can be a bit intimidating without any guides and proper onboarding. The deeplinks created can not be used on google DV 360 and fail in validation. The performance of the interface is can also be slow many times when creating dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Attribution and Analytics, but p360 Reporting Needs Streamlining"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

AppsFlyer provides reliable attribution, detailed analytics, and strong fraud prevention, making it easy to track campaign performance and optimize user acquisition efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

When we check reports with multiple media sources, it shows the stats but when we see the p360 report, we have to add that media sources again. Suggestion is that you can stream line the campaign stats with p360 report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thank you so much for your review. We are pleased you are having a good experience and specific feedback such as this helps us to continue to improve the experience for all our customers.

"Best-in-Class Reporting, But Slow Loads, Missing Data, and Approval Bugs"
3/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

Appsflyer is the MMP that provides the best reporting and details for optimisation, several tables which are pre-made and a lot of customisation options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

There are no specific benchmarks that tell you why something got blocked or marked as fraud. Loads slow and there is often missing data half of the day. Often bugs when approving new sources and you cant bulk 2 apps (to see at the same time), when you are looking at it from the media source pot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you are finding value in the technology and appreciate the honest feedback which helps us to continuously improve.

I haven’t run into any issues with the platform so far. That said, we’re not currently using their social integrations or doing any attribution, so our use case may be narrower than other companies’. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Glad deep linking has been straightforward and the pricing is working for you. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
