What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Our experience with AppsFlyer was deeply disappointing. Within just one month, the platform reported inflated install data—so exaggerated that it surpassed the total lifetime installs listed for our app on the App Store. This significant discrepancy raised serious concerns about the accuracy and reliability of their tracking capabilities.

Rather than taking accountability, the team dismissed our concerns and insisted the data was accurate. Shortly after, the conversation shifted toward pushing us to upgrade to more expensive packages. It felt like their priority was sales, not solving the very real issues we encountered with their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
