What customer support options does AppsFlyer provide, and how do users find the overall support experience?

AppsFlyer provides support through email/help desk, chat, and phone, with 24/7 live-rep support. The experience can be helpful and knowledgeable, especially during setup and troubleshooting, but response and resolution times are uneven; some users describe slow ticket follow-up or difficulty getting timely help.

What is the experience like for teams switching to AppsFlyer from another tool?

Teams have moved to AppsFlyer from other mobile measurement, attribution, and deep-linking tools, including Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava, and Firebase. The move has been driven by needs such as more reliable attribution, stronger fraud detection, richer analytics, and a more unified view across channels. Users also describe the transition as requiring careful setup, with complexity varying by integrations and tracking requirements.

What tools and platforms does AppsFlyer integrate with, and how do these integrations help users get more value from the product?

AppsFlyer offers 24 integrations, spanning advertising, analytics, and mobile marketing partners.
  • Advertising and media: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Reddit for Business.
  • Analytics and data: Databricks, Google Cloud BigQuery, Microsoft Power BI, Mixpanel, and Tableau.
  • Mobile marketing and partner tools: Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, RevenueCat, Trackier, and Swaarm.
These connections bring campaign and app performance data together, support postbacks to advertising partners, and can reduce manual work reconciling results across separate tools.

What features or capabilities could make AppsFlyer even more useful?

AppsFlyer could be more useful with simpler workflows and more flexible reporting. Recurring improvement opportunities include:
  • Simpler navigation and onboarding: Make advanced features easier to discover, with clearer in-product guidance for new users.
  • More flexible reporting: Expand dashboard customization, charting, filters, exports, and automated report generation.
  • More unified views: Make it easier to compare web and app activity, platforms, and media-source results in one place.
  • Clearer, faster data workflows: Improve report loading and data updates, and make it easier to investigate discrepancies across systems.

"Efficient MMP Tool with Superb Fraud Detection"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I have been using AppsFlyer for a long time, and I think it's a really great MMP tool for managing mobile app marketing stats. It's been really helpful in fraud detection, bot traffic, fraud traffic, and analyzing install to events and click to installs ratios. I loved how the attribution window is injected into the platform. I particularly like the specific event-wise report features in AppsFlyer, which allow me to find report details for events like install, registration, and KYC for a single app. The initial setup was easy and not difficult to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

That thing is sometime not showing partners in search box Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Really glad the fraud detection and event-wise reporting are delivering for you.

The partner search issue is noted and we'll make sure it gets flagged to the right team.

4/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I use AppsFlyer for daily data tracking and campaign optimization, noticing its valuable features like the P360 for tracking fraud, detecting wrong devices, and duplicate player IDs. I like the two-way authentication, which serves as a critical security barrier for the platform. Setting up AppsFlyer was also very easy, and since starting to use it in 2022, I feel quite experienced with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

I find AppsFlyer has a steep learning curve and issues with data discrepancy, which can make things challenging for marketers and developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use AppsFlyer to measure app installs and optimize acquisition campaigns with accurate attribution and reliable reporting. It provides an intuitive dashboard that makes campaign analysis easy and helps us understand exactly which campaigns and partners are driving results. The reporting is reliable and allows us to make decisions based on accurate data, and the dashboard makes it easy to monitor performance without spending a lot of time digging through reports. I also found the onboarding process smooth, and the integrations were straightforward to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Clean UI with Plenty of Options for App Marketers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

It has a simple, clean UI (referring to the legacy dashboard). It also provides with variety of options that is needed for an app marketer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

I don’t suggest that Appsflyer remove the legacy dashboard, because it’s very comfortable and easy to use. Also, Appsflyer should improve the support experience. Raising tickets and getting help is very unresponsive at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thank you for your feedback - we are always looking to improve.

4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I like the AI-powered system in AppsFlyer that helps me optimize effectively. The AI-generated reports are very easy to understand and readable, which makes programmatic marketing much more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Everything is good, only the problem is apps crash and apps going dead unresponsive. When we log in, the app takes too much time to load. Also, the crashes occur when the workload is high. The overview was not easy but was understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
