Our business sells a plethora of brands on Amazon.com and it was becoming way too cumbersome to not only manage, but also optimize and strategize our marketing budget in order to achieve the highest ROI possible. Enter Amplio Digital: we hired Amplio over a year ago to help take the burden of managing Amazon Advertising/AMS off of our plate and take our Amazon business to the next level. What do you like best?

Amplio is a partner to our business -- not just a service provider. Working with Kevin Weiss (VP of Growth/Strategy), Justin Rosenthal (Client Success Manager), and Adam VanBaale (Client Success Manager) has been such a pleasure and a breeze. They are collectively on top of our portfolio as they help guide our AMS strategy with their insightful expertise. The Amplio team is incredibly easy to get a hold of whenever we need to make urgent changes to our strategy or spend, and they make it a point to keep us in the loop whenever Amazon makes any changes that can impact our business. Bi-weekly calls are scheduled and occur on time, and on topic as they will send an agenda of items to cover during the conversation. With our partnership with Amplio, we are leaving no stone unturned as far as opportunities for growth go and they are there to support us every step of the way. What do you dislike?

One item here (which has since been resoled) - reporting. The reporting platform that Amplio uses is incredibly capable, however there have been times in the past where the portal has gone down or contained gaps in data wherein we were unable to ascertain KPIs through the portal ourselves. However, in those instances I was able to reach out directly to the team via email and they turned around the data I was looking for in under 30 minutes. As mentioned above, this issue with the reporting portal has since been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?
