We're excited to continue our work with them for 2019 and beyond. The team is friendly and knowledgable, and what I like most is that they are forward-thinkers and continue to grow and learn with us whether its digital marketing or new industries/channels. The entire team is flexible in a way that I have not seen in many agencies.They are transparent in all measures and do not pretend to be experts and instead, seek out outside consultants and SMEs. Justin, our success and growth manager, has been an incredibly valuable asset to the team- as there are so many moving parts. Evan and Zachary who have taken our Amazon business from 0 to 100, are a real pleasure to work with as we shift gears to internally showcase Amazon as an extremely profitable channel for us. **What do you dislike about Amplio Digital?** The on-boarding process was slightly delayed for us. I believe the channel audit process should have been part of the proposal process vs. once we on-boarded, as we would have kicked off our program in a slightly different way. With that being said, there ended up being more work than originally scoped/anticipated, and the Amplio team has delivered (probably at cost to them) Amplio's services are quite costly BUT you get what you pay for, and we are extremely satisfied with the work. **What problems is Amplio Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** Navigating the ever-complicated world of Amazon. We traditionally had our marketing channels operating in silos and are working together to execute multichannel marketing and provide the best user and customer experience. Our reporting and analytics were a total mess and thanks to the Amplio team, we've been able to clean it up and in turn, adjust strategy in a holistic way. ### 2. Accelerated and scaled revenue growth for new product launches in an omnichannel retail & e-commerce environment. **What do you like best about Amplio Digital?** they are always available, thought leaders, subject matter experts, willing to work to align with our goals, going that extra mile when requested **What do you dislike about Amplio Digital?** there has not been much to dislike with them. just make sure your brand's goals are aligned with Amplio's needs and goals. also make sure they have a clear set of deliverables. we had a 30-60-90 day sprint which was very useful to keep going. it was really important for our success. **What problems is Amplio Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used them for all things Amazon from advertising, product page optimizations, Catalog management, Reputation management. Enter Amplio Digital: we hired Amplio over a year ago to help take the burden of managing Amazon Advertising/AMS off of our plate and take our Amazon business to the next level. **What do you like best about Amplio Digital?** Amplio is a partner to our business -- not just a service provider. Working with Kevin Weiss (VP of Growth/Strategy), Justin Rosenthal (Client Success Manager), and Adam VanBaale (Client Success Manager) has been such a pleasure and a breeze. They are collectively on top of our portfolio as they help guide our AMS strategy with their insightful expertise. The Amplio team is incredibly easy to get a hold of whenever we need to make urgent changes to our strategy or spend, and they make it a point to keep us in the loop whenever Amazon makes any changes that can impact our business. Bi-weekly calls are scheduled and occur on time, and on topic as they will send an agenda of items to cover during the conversation. With our partnership with Amplio, we are leaving no stone unturned as far as opportunities for growth go and they are there to support us every step of the way. Looking forward to an ongoing and fruitful relationship with the Amplio team! **What do you dislike about Amplio Digital?** One item here (which has since been resoled) - reporting. The reporting platform that Amplio uses is incredibly capable, however there have been times in the past where the portal has gone down or contained gaps in data wherein we were unable to ascertain KPIs through the portal ourselves. However, in those instances I was able to reach out directly to the team via email and they turned around the data I was looking for in under 30 minutes. As mentioned above, this issue with the reporting portal has since been resolved. **What problems is Amplio Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** AMS marketing strategization, optimization, and execution. We have realized 15X++ in ROI on every dollar we spend with them. ### 4.
