They are outstanding at what they do. They are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thorough in their approach. Alot of ad agencies work to pad their attribution in canablizing direct traffic or traffic from other channels. I haven't seen this with Omnitail they seem to have a genuine interest in aligning with what's best for the business. One of the things i like about the model they implement is its profit focused rather than ROAS based which helps to keep your ad spend sustainable. **What problems is Omnitail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Omni tail organizes and manages our google ads program setting up and tweaking for optimal performance. The owner Matt set us up originally back in 2017-18 and since we have had three reps over the years along with appropriate upline contacts. All three reps have done a great job communicating the programs successes and failures. The company as a whole has done a great job working with us in finding ways to win that work for us using google ads. ### 3. Sometimes there is limitation to the velocity or rate at which we can build and go live with tests. There is also heavy reliance on internal QA by the client. **Recommendations to others considering Omnitail:** Omnitail seems like very knowledgeable digital partners that understand in order to scale their support and partnership with clients they have to develop a wholistic view of how clients build their digital practices. When we first started talking with them we didn't realize how vague our goals actually were but they were very patient with us and helped us come to a place where the strategy matches our overall goals for the company. **What problems is Omnitail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had previously worked with 2 different agencies and lost 10's of thousands of dollars in paid search marketing with very little growth or performance. So we brought all of our paid marketing efforts in house and after some very slow and painful progress we started to see results, but quickly realized that we didn't have any idea how to scale our efforts. After some searching we came across Matt and his team at Omnitail. Naturally we were skeptical and very hesitant to work with another agency but Matt and his team were incredibly patient and willing to answer all of our questions very thoroughly and willing to work with us so that we were comfortable with the agreement. Before Omnitail we had a difficult time knowing if our agencies were spending too much on ads.
