**Describe the project or task Amify helped with:**

We managed our Amazon Seller Central account by ourselves, but as we grew, it became obvious that we needed help navigating Amazon effectively.  We have been working with Amify for about 6 months now and look forward to our weekly meeting. They created a digital scorecard/dashboard that allows us to look at important metrics each week.  Every week, we review successes of the week before, work to be done in the current week, and goals for the future.  The creative team updated our pages to A+ content. The Brand Protection team ensures that we win the buy boxes, and the advertising teams has consistently earned us a ROAS of  5-8 times!  We were intimidated to partner with another company, but Amify has made it a great experience for us and helped us grow our Amazon sales to record levels!

**What do you like best about Amify?**

We have goals, KPIs and benchmarks.  We review and address these in our weekly meeting and that keeps us informed and up to speed on current progress.

**What do you dislike about Amify?**

The cost was scary but worth every penny!

We have a small team and we were learning Amazon as we went.  Amify has a team of Amazon gurus with specific team members with expertise in certain areas.  When you put this team together, you get a comprehensive team of pros that will take your Amazon business to new heights!

Managed our end-to-end Amazon FBA business including advertising, logistics, and content.

**What do you like best about Amify?**

Amify is an invaluable partner for our business.  In less than a year of working together, they have increased our sales on Amazon nearly 10X including an extremely successful launch of a new product.  There are hundreds of "Amazon Agencies" out there.  The problem is that the majority of them are ill-fitted for brands.  The competitors are either "resellers" that basically act like a retailer using FBA, a glorified media agency, or a very small agency that leverages questionable tactics to grow your business.  Amify on the other hand is run by brand marketers that have experience  working for some of the large CPG companies in the world.  With this background, they are able to offer strategic and tactical assistance that allows your brand to use Amazon FBA as a Direct to Consumer channel.  They go beyond just managing your advertising on Amazon and focus on the complete Amazon go-to market including the supply chain.  I cannot imagine running my Amazon business without Amify as my partner.

In our situation, there are no downside to working with Amify.  It is a strategic choice whether outsourcing your Amazon work flow is the right approach for your brand.  If that is the right choice for your brand, Amify is

The major problem that Amify helps us to solve is best in class execution on Amazon.  With the rules of Amazon constantly changing and new competitors emerging every day, a brand needs a dedicated team focused on the channel.  But the problem is that rarely can this be a single person because you need expertise in the supply chain, content creation, and advertising.  Instead of 3 or more people to do this work, Amify brings a complete team with these diverse skillsets.   The result is a more efficient team and cost structure plus
