What do you like best about Sequence Commerce?

We've been selling on Amazon for a while and worked with other agencies along the way-none came close to what Sequence delivers. After nearly two years with them, they feel like part of our internal team. Alex provides strategic direction and helps us think long-term. Bhumika manages day-to-day account needs flawlessly. Sayali continuously optimizes and finds new opportunities. Vanessa's creativity elevates our brand. Jake's analytics give us confidence in our decisions. What do you like best about Sequence Commerce?

Bhumika provides regular competitive intelligence -Tracking what our main competitors are doing with their bidding strategies, promotions, and creative. She then adjusts our approach to maintain our advantage. This has been especially valuable during new products launches when we need to quickly establish presence in competitive spaces. The insights have helped us optimize our inventory score by ensuring we're stocked appropriately when launching offensive campaigns.

The team is also constantly pushing us on inventory planning, which honestly we weren't great at before. They've helped us avoid stockouts during peak periods and maintain healthy IPI scores. What do you like best about Sequence Commerce?

We tried managing everything with our internal team for almost two years. We thought we were doing pretty well—sales were growing, and ACoS seemed okay. But honestly, agency expertise makes a real difference. The reporting is incredibly detailed but also digestible. We get custom dashboards showing attribution across different campaign types, and Jake's team has set up tracking so we can see which keywords are actually driving incremental sales versus cannibalizing organic. They track Total ACoS, which gives us a much clearer picture of profitability. Having this level of visibility has completely changed how we make decisions about budget allocation. What do you like best about Sequence Commerce?

We've been selling on Amazon since 2019 and worked with three different agencies before Sequence. The difference is night and day. We were burning through our budget with an ACoS hovering around 45% and didn't know where to start. We've been on Amazon for a while now and tried a couple other agencies before finding
