Our weekly calls are always productive and they walk us through performance, new opportunities, and strategic adjustments. Whenever we have questions or need changes, they’re incredibly responsive and proactive. **What do you dislike about Ad Advance?** We don't really have any complaints. In the beginning, we had some issues getting our payments set up but they were patient with us while we figured out an alternative method. **What problems is Ad Advance solving and how is that benefiting you?** We leaned on Ad Advance mainly for their DSP support, and it made a huge difference. They helped us reach new shoppers, retarget the right audiences, and run DSP campaigns we didn’t have the expertise to manage ourselves.
