I don't really have any complaints. I know that all companies have turnover on account teams due to layoffs, promotions, or simply shifting workloads. I've had a handful of different account managers at Finch assigned to our account, and it's sometimes tough to start-over with a new acct mgr but as mentioned, I've always had a great experience with all of the account team members. During this past year and continuing into 2024, they have helped us expand our reach into new international markets, test keywords for seasonality, explore & implement SKAGs (also de-SKAG where needed), trouble-shooting any conversion tag issues, and explore/test new growth opportunities to scale/optimize our campaigns. In my opinion, Finch is too expensive for the service they were providing. I recently moved to a new agency for this reason. It's pretty clear that the management team at Finch is either out of touch or just laser-focused on pivoting the Finch business model while not being too concerned about retaining existing clients and creating long-lasting relationships.
