Alternote alike the other apps in the market has a very good UI and many other features like one can change the font, the size of the font. The reminders are easy to make in the app and it is very smooth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I dislike about this app is that it is not available on the other operating systems like Windows and Linux. I would also like some improvements in the syncing from iphone and the mac app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use and a simple and clean layout make Alternote an almost mandatory choice for every iOS user.

The competitive price for a useful and simple app also makes it even more interesting.

It is also compatible with the most popular Evernote and makes up for some deficiencies of its rival, which is a good thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Undoubtedly, the availability only on iOS is a bit limited, although, basically, those who use iOS products tend to use only those, so it may not be such a significant problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Alternates does however not infer the need to abandon the normal Evernote ecosystem.I immediately fell in love with the interface and user experience, and found that filing notes and similarly browsing notebooks was a particularly pleasant experience. Find your notes in a super software, edit and produces notes in a smart way. Also the dark mode is a nice feature. The tab bar is effective, sorting by tags is a helpful tool. Also links to homepages are supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reading documents is easy, the sorting with tags could be better. You have diferent options but just with colours. So important is red color, thats good but in this topic I wanted to sort again, unfortunately thats not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is wonderful. Fully adapted to Yosemite's design guides, it shows us everything just as lovers of the simple and effective we want. A menu of shortcuts and the note on which we write. Nothing else. No icons, banners, no distractions. It also includes some functions that can be helpful without being intrusive such as label coloring.

What I like most is that everything is accessible through the first panel on the left, you don't need to open sections like in the Evernote application. Alternote works like a tree view, and it's great. The notes can be displayed in a "full" or "compact" mode. Full shows some written text beyond the title or first line, but both show all relevant information. Personally, I am a fan of the compact mode. There is access to favorites, but it is exclusive to Alternote. Marking a favorite has no effect on other Evernote applications, nor is it related to its "shortcuts". If you copy and paste a text in Markdown, it will look like this, as in the Evernote application. But by writing, you transform some elements of Markdown to rich text (which is what Evernote uses). This can cause gibberish if you plan to publish that Markdown, for example. If you use it only in the notes, it will serve as a fantastic shortcut.

I absolutely love the interface of alternote. It is very easy and intuitive to use. It is not overcomplicated and it allows me to complete all my note taking tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things that attracted me to this application is its design, very simple but with the necessary features to highlight the truly important, one of the functions allows you to hide the sidebar, compacting the information in a single line, has night mode, consolidates in a list the pending tasks to be executed, selects the information that you wish to synchronize, is available only in iOS, integrates very well with evernote Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it’s a simple way to get my thoughts on paper and create separate folders of notes. I can make notes in numerical order and come back to them later in an organized way without papers stacked on my desk everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
