In my early days of engineering i had to do all the calculations manually. But with hyperworks and its commands all I have to do is only a few clicks away. So it greatly reduced manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about hyperworks is it cant solve all kinds of meshed networks, so we have to depend on other platforms for specific tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think of it as a cost-cutting tool as it greatly helps to reduces manual labor with all the calculations. It would be great if many people start using it.

There are certain limitations in hyperworks.

1. Mesh controls are not stored.

2. Geometry handling features are far superior when compared to APDL but notthat good when compared to Design Modeler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very capable tool that can model very well and created great simulations to use for static and dynamic design Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The need to have a super duper computer to get this thing to not stutter every time you move something around. Very very steep learning curve to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually In my previous companies right over in 90’s . It has the best features to control the elements, in regards to the other softwares in market. It is also very easy to use and cost effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product cannot handle all types of problems. The next update can cover this issue. Apart from that it has been a very easy tool to work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
